Called twice months apart first time they told me they aren’t booking any New patient appointments but my insurance is accepted! Called today they aren’t taking any new patient appointments unless I pay out of pocket they won’t accept my insurance even though it’s one they accept make it make sense but wanna charge me the price they would charge my insurance but you can’t book appointments under my insurance I have insurance for a reason thats greedy and wrong u will only see me if I pay out of pocket so they dont have to deal with the insurance company they take smh how are is that ok

She took the time to explain all of my options, answered every question I had, and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.
