Dr. Martinez is great, very professional and a kind person. All the staff works well. Love to come knowing I am taken care of.

Dr. Martinez is thorough and explains everything in detail, answers questions patiently. He does not recommend unnecessary, expensive procedures ( unlike some other dentists). The staff are all knowledgeable, well-trained and courteous. Felix, my hygienist, is careful and respectful.

From the initial phone call to schedule, to the first appointment everyone was absolutely amazing. Dr. Martinez was clear and concise and compassionate he made me feel comfortable and like I had hope after years of struggling with my dental health. His assistant was amazing and their office manager was so sweet and explained everything so well. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone else. Excellent service from all the staff, from the dentist and assistant to the secretaries. Language is no problem at all, as most of the staff speak both English and Spanish. Insurance isn't required, and you can even get a discount. If it's your first visit, the initial consultation is free. Excellent service.

Dr. Martinez is very polite, professional and attentive. He listens to his patients concerns and does all he can to address them. The office staff are very helpful as well. In particular they have a dental hygienist there (Felix) who does an amazing job with teeth cleanings. Easy on the patient while still getting exceptional results (clean teeth - no pain). I highly recommend Novel Dental. Dr Martinez always does an excellent job explaining every procedure and makes sure you’re as comfortable as possible throughout. Felix, the dental hygienist, is outstanding. I hate having my teeth cleaned but he makes the experience bearable - and that’s saying a lot. He’s friendly, patient, and extremely professional. The front staff are very friendly and pleasant to communicate with.
