Excellent service from all the staff, from the dentist and assistant to the secretaries. Language is no problem at all, as most of the staff speak both English and Spanish. Insurance isn't required, and you can even get a discount. If it's your first visit, the initial consultation is free. Excellent service.

I highly recommend Novel Dental. Dr Martinez always does an excellent job explaining every procedure and makes sure you’re as comfortable as possible throughout. Felix, the dental hygienist, is outstanding. I hate having my teeth cleaned but he makes the experience bearable - and that’s saying a lot. He’s friendly, patient, and extremely professional. The front staff are very friendly and pleasant to communicate with.

Love this office, they always know how to take care of me. Every time I call with an emergency Niki goes above and beyond to help me and make sure I am well taken care of! Perfect example of how to make a patient feel! Great job Novel!

Staff was very friendly. Nikki and Ruth were both amazing and easy to talk to. They helped through my insurance questions and concerns. I was seen quickly. Felix and Dr Martinez were both great and talked me through everything. They explained in detail my options and future options I will have. Johnny was also great and made sure I was comfortable. They all cared and checked on me often while working on my tooth. Way better than some of the larger offices I’ve been to. Will definitely be going to this office from now on!

Dr. Martinez is a great doctor. But certain staff are not. Tried to setup an appointment. Told I missed an appointment. No worries, I wasn't arguing about paying that. But why wasn't I told before hand? The person working the front desk didn't quite understand that issue, but instead tried to keep emphasizing my missed appointments with the dental firm. Need to tell her she's not aware of my schedule, family life, and other factors that cause those things to happen. Instead of trying to show empathy, she quickly got defensive and decided to not provide options. Sorry if I raised my voice, my tone; I'm the customer..and been a customer for a long time there. Guess that doesn't matter at this dental firm anymore. So that's it. Done with this business. And that's too bad. Dr. Martinez was a great doctor. But you need to train your front staff a bit better. I must shine the spot light on Felix “Angel Hands” the dental hygienist who provided exceptional care such as attention to detail, gentleness, clear communication, and professionalism throughout my cleaning appointment. Definitely recommend Novel Dental for any dental services!

Novel Dental is an amazing dental office. I’ve been coming here for about seven years now and have seen both Dr.Martinez and Hygienist Noor. Hygienist Noor is such a professional and supportive hygienist who cares deeply about her patients. She is incredibly knowledgeable with her profession and i trust her with all my regular cleanings over other hygienists who I’ve encountered at my previous dental office. She’s just that excellent. Dr.Martinez is also a professional and supportive dentist who will also check in with patients. He too is very knowledgeable and will take time to explain any questions/concerns. In addition, the front desk staff has always been super friendly and are always helpful. I thank Novel Dental for the continued excellent service and care with my dental work. Thank you to Dr.Martinez for such a well operated dental office. If this office were to ever move locations. I would certainly make the drive where that happened to be, that’s how impressive they are and how loyal I am to this office. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone.
