I’m writing this to make others beware …. I’m not the one to bash others and make bad reviews on Buisness but this one needs to be said . If I could give a 0 star I would ….. I visited 3 times …. I was a new patient getting a cleaning and cavity filled the lady with the blondish hair worked on me my first visit . She tooth 12 X rays I seen all of them on the screen … the girl helping her had no idea how to place the piece in my mouth and she had had to keep retaking the pictures , she fills my cavity and does my cleaning … I go back cause I was told I have one more cavity . This is where it gets fun … the lady with the dark hair is now working on me … I get there they take me back in the far room all enclosed mind you none of the rooms besides this one are enclosed . I waited 45 min to be seen the dr had no idea I was there . I had to be out by certain time she was rushing my fillings … and I told her not to . Just do what you can , I’ll come back for others … she said I didn’t have any x rays nor could find them besides 3 … I told her her other dr took 12 of them dr with dark hair kept arguing with me saying she didn’t … she said I didn’t have any cavity in the tooth I was complaining about when I could feel the cavity and sensitivity . She kept saying I don’t have one there … she fills my other cavity I schedule to go back again my mistake and have her fill the tooth I was complaining about … I get there she still continues to tell there is no cavity I tell her yes look it’s up by my gum she said oh I see it now . Mind you she was bouncing back and forth between me and another young kid getting a tooth pulled … she was rushing again on my services . She told me she not sure if she can fill my cavity cause it’s a “hard spot to get too” she said she will try . She filled my tooth now it’s 2-3 months later I was brushing my teeth and my filling came out she told me if I it comes out she needs to pull my tooth . I’m sorry but I’m 29 years old getting a tooth pulled cause it’s “too hard of place to get to “ that’s BS . I feel my tooth with tongue and the hole is now my whole tooth which she made my cavity way bigger cause it was never this big when I went to her … I will never be back here … I don’t like the atmosphere…. The girls in the front taking and rescheduling appointments are the only star of this Buisness everything else is super unorganized and rushed . Please be cautious when entering this Buisness don’t be fooled like I was and luckily I’m smart enough to. It go back … I wanna cry … my teeth are everything to me and now my tooth has a big hole pretty much my nerves exposed I can’t eat or drink cause it kills to even do that . Oh and to add they don’t speak English .. only the actual dr speaks English … when they communicate it’s all in Russian , Ukraine , or Uzbek .

Everyone at NuSmile is so polite and professional. I didnt have to wait long for my cleaning and everything was clean and nice. Dr.Viji is super nice and I definitely recommend coming here, especially if you want your teeth to be well taken care of!

Sky-high fees, tiny treatment areas with no privacy, refused to accommodate my routine requests, refused to provide eye protection for dangerous procedures, and even refused to wipe dirt off the filthy chair! They also botched a critical procedure. The worst experience by light years that I have ever encountered at any dentist. I saw them treat other patients equally badly. We felt like we were in a third world country! There are much friendlier and more qualified dentists within walking distance. One star is one star too many.

Did my fillings back in September the doctor and her assistant were super nice, so I decided to come back for a cleaning. Came back today to do a cleaning, and the assistant wasn't nice with polishing my teeth was in a hurry and didn't polish all my teeth ,and all my face and hair was in a polishing paste, I was all over wet because she didn't care, I didn't feel that they care how I felt, the doctor didn't check my teeth and x-ray afterward and not even asked if I was ok (I'm pregnant 5 months) they just walked away. So def not coming back for such poor customer service. P.S. the front desk guy who used to work here before was super sweet, I wish he was in the office . He asked 100 times if everything ok, greeted with smile and was super nice :)

Dr. Seth is great! He is very friendly and gentle. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and always gave me a heads up and explained what he was doing. The office staff is friendly and the dental assistant is super sweet and always helpful and knowledgeable when answering my dental care questions.
