About Nuvia Dental Implant Center

This is not a general dental office and does not pretend to be. The Bala Cynwyd center exists for one group of patients: adults facing the loss of an entire upper or lower arch, whether from teeth that have failed after decades of repair, advanced gum disease, or an existing denture that has never sat comfortably. Most arrive in their fifties, sixties and seventies, frequently after their own dentist has said the remaining teeth are not worth saving. The address is 150 Monument Road, just over the city line in Lower Merion off City Avenue, which puts it within a short drive of both West Philadelphia and the Main Line.

The treatment is built around a compressed timeline. After imaging and a medical work-up, the surgical day covers extraction of the failing teeth and placement of the implants into the jaw. Rather than sending you home in a temporary denture to wait out months of healing, the center's protocol delivers a permanent zirconia bridge within roughly 24 hours. Zirconia is the important detail: it is a dense ceramic that resists staining and wear far better than the acrylic used in provisional bridges, so what you leave with is intended as the final restoration rather than a placeholder. Follow-up visits still confirm that the implants have integrated with the bone and allow the bite to be adjusted.

Two limitations deserve stating plainly. Not everyone who comes in for a consultation is medically cleared for the 24-hour path; general health, medications, active infection and available bone volume all weigh into that decision, and some patients need grafting or a slower staged approach instead. And full-arch treatment is a significant expense in any market. The figure depends on how many arches are involved, what the bone looks like and what the surgical plan requires, so treat any number quoted before a scan as a rough bracket rather than a price.

Weekday hours run 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Because this is a destination practice rather than a walk-in office, the consultation is the real first step: it produces the scan, the surgical plan and an actual price. Bring a current list of your medications and any recent dental X-rays your previous dentist can release to you.

A single-purpose full-arch implant center at 150 Monument Road in Bala Cynwyd, just over the city line in Lower Merion off City Avenue. Treatment targets adults losing an entire upper or lower arch: extractions, implant placement, and a permanent zirconia bridge delivered on a compressed timeline rather than months spent in a temporary denture. Follow-up visits confirm integration and adjust the bite. Not every patient is medically cleared for the fast path, and the scan decides. Open weekdays, 8am to 5pm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does everyone qualify for the 24-hour permanent teeth process?
No. The center is clear that not every patient who comes in for a consultation is medically cleared for it. General health, medications that affect healing or bone metabolism, active infection and the amount of jawbone available all factor into the decision. Some patients need grafting first or a staged approach with a longer healing period. The imaging and medical screening at consultation are what determine which path applies to you.
Why a zirconia bridge instead of an acrylic temporary?
Acrylic provisional bridges are soft. They stain, wear down at the biting surface and can fracture during the months of healing, which is why many full-arch protocols involve fitting a second set of teeth later on. Zirconia is a dense ceramic that holds its shape, color and surface far better under chewing load. Delivering it early means the bridge you leave with is meant to be the final restoration rather than a placeholder you replace.
What should I bring to a full-arch consultation?
A current list of your medications and medical conditions, the name of your physician, and any dental X-rays or records your previous dentist can send over. The visit produces a scan of your jaws, a surgical plan and an actual price rather than a range, so arrive with questions written down: how many arches, whether grafting is expected, what follow-up visits are scheduled, and what long-term maintenance looks like.

I had a wonderful experience with Nuvia Dental Implant Center. My initial consultation was great and I’m ready to proceed . The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the process in detail, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean, modern, and well organized. What impressed me most was how attentive everyone was to my concerns and how committed they were to achieving the best possible outcome. I’m looking forward to moving on for my perfect smile

Each time we arrive we are greeted by name with a smile ;)) & a warm good morning. The waiting area & dental rooms are very clean. I went to Nuvia on March of 2026 after checking different implant centers and reading reviews to inquire about their implants. From the moment I walk through the doors I felt a sence of peace. They very first visit they too a cat scan of my mouth and quickly had a consultation with me about what my needs were and what they could do for me. They were honest and told me about all the possibilities including the negative but assured me that my case was pretty standard and I should have no worries. I went for my surgery on 4/22/26 and everything went according to plan. It is now 4/30/26 and I can tell you it has been the best experience as far as customer service and caring I have ever seen. If you are considering implants hands down Nuvia is the best at what they do they are precise and efficient and very knowledgeable about what they do.
