To date I am extremely excited with the process of Nuvia Dental Implant Center systems. Every one of the staff have been so knowledgeable and informative answering all my questions eliminating any concerns and making me feel at ease. I will continue proceeding forward. I am thankful and excited to receive beautiful new teeth eliminating the future dental issues I was facing had I not considered this option. Tomorrow I will scheduled my surgery date and I know I am in good and caring hands with this Team of professionals. Thank you Team Nuvia!

My experience with Nuvia left me with very little confidence in the company. From the initial consultation, I felt there was significant pressure to move forward quickly with treatment and financing before I had adequate time to consider my options or seek additional opinions. Looking back, I wish I had slowed down and done more research before making any decisions. The biggest disappointment has been the company’s communication and transparency. I was promised callbacks that never came, received vague timelines, and repeatedly had to initiate contact myself. When I was told my refund had been processed, I asked for basic information such as the refund amount and confirmation or documentation that it had been submitted. The general manager said he could provide neither, and corporate was unable to provide a confirmation number as well. As a customer, that level of uncertainty is unacceptable. Trust is essential when you’re making major healthcare and financial decisions. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning whether I was receiving clear, straightforward information at every stage of the process. I came away feeling that closing the sale was prioritized over ensuring I was fully informed and comfortable with my decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Nuvia. I would hope that anyone considering using this company takes their time and weighs all of their options thoroughly before committing to this company.

Update: I love the smile and my confidence is a lot higher can't wait to let people see. The experience was great. Everybody was warm and welcoming and very informational.

My experience was great. It all started with Nick who scheduled my appointment. He really listened to my concerns. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything I had questions on. The imaging tech was very professional and personable at the same time. After the imagining They went over everything going on with my teeth and were very honest and upfront and even recommended other options on what i should do and gave me very good information on why i should and shouldn't have the procedure. I appreciate their honesty. I wish I was good at remembering everyone’s name but the everyone I came in contact with was Great. Thanks for the for making me feel welcomed, for the advice and information. I’m looking forward to seeing y'all again at your new Cosmetic location.
