Smiles by Design is the best of the best. Top shelf staff, service, and professionalism. The office creates a tranquil experience with top of the line equipment, immaculate rooms, and perfectly curated music. I highly recommend them. Dr. Gause is amazing.

Dr. Gause has an absolutely wonderful, comforting approach. His vast knowledge and expertise is apparent as he discussed with me his recommendations based on his findings and my desires. It was easy to settle in with the staff who were pleasant, kind and professional and most of all concerned with my comfort.

I’m really delayed writing this review, we’ve been traveling so much. I went to Smile dental in January and had a wonderful experience. I started the process of a root canal and everything went incredibly well. Being a couple of months post procedure, I’m still pretty comfortable. My husband and the owner were even able to connect over Opera, as my husband is a producer. We live in SEAsia so it’s really important to us that I get back to Smile dental to complete the process but overall, I loved my initial visit. The staff made it even more enjoyable as everyone was so welcoming. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in the NYC area. If we resided in NYC, this would certainly be our permanent, long term dental care team.

Smile Design Manhattan is amazing!!!!! Rachel at the front is friendly and lovely. Dr. Meyers is the sweetest and so happy I met her. Samantha was so caring, knowledgeable, fun and patient and a beacon of professionalism. Everyone in the office is so nice and I am starting my Invisalign journey with them and I can’t wait to post before and after photos!

I had such a great experience at Smile Design Manhattan!! I get nervous for the dentist but everyone was so kind and Dr. Myers instantly put me at ease. I’m so happy to have found a place I can trust.

First time meeting with the office, its a cool place, great music, art work etc. Not a stuffy place and in a great location should want to go do some shopping or have a great meal after you get your teeth tuned up and looking and feeling good. Dr lee is very approachable and a seems like great guy an avid music lover so the vibe was top shelf. I am considering veneers and I saw him on IG and wanted to get to know the office first and I will say that I felt really good and walk away knowing I would be back. You wont be dissapointed, I m very particular at my age and the place is the real deal. Cheers TJB

Over the past year, I’ve worked with your office through an implant, whitening, and Invisalign teeth straightening, and the experience has been exceptional from start to almost finished. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and truly best-in-class. Every visit felt like walking into a polished, professional environment with a warm welcome. I was always greeted with engaging conversation (and even offered a bottle of water), the wait times were consistently short, and I never once felt rushed during any appointment. Dr. Gause and the team took the time to explain each step clearly and made the whole process comfortable and confidence-boosting. While it's fair to say that none of us relish a visit to any dentist, Smile Designs makes the task of keeping your mouth healthy -- and your smile brilliant -- an enjoyable experience (I never thought I'd say this about any dentist!). Quality of care is unmatched, facilities are state-of-art, and communication is timely, friendly, clear, personalized and supportive. I highly recommend! Also, art lovers will relish the fact that the dental offices double as art gallery. Very cool place to have important dental work done with a plan that works for you.
