I’ve been seeing Dr. Olson since he was with Dr Horst. And, I had seen Dr Horst since probably 1966. I drive all the way from Minneapolis to Oak Ridge dental because of the quality of care and the kind and friendly staff. Dr. Olson is always friendly and in great spirits and is efficient. Amber, the hygienist I see, is always delightful to chat with and her teeth cleaning technique is thorough yet gentle.My one negative comment would be that they not send so many reminders. I understand that it’s important to know that patients are going to keep their appointments, but one or two reminders is enough! I think I received three or four afterI confirmed my appointment.
I had an excellent experience with my Invisalign treatment at Oak Ridge Dental! I always recommend Oak Ridge to any friends and family considering Invisalign. Dr. Olson and staff are always welcoming and friendly — they took great care of me. Very good atmosphere, clean and bright. From start to finish it was a very great experience. We were greeted with warm, friendly smiles from the front desk staff and escorted back on time to a clean operatory. Everything felt very hygienic with top of the line technology. The assistant Lindsay was very knowledgeable, professional, and had excellent chair side manner. Dr. Olson took time to explain everything using visuals and clear language we could understand. He is extremely intelligent and well versed in Invisalign & helping us focus in on our goals for my daughter’s smile. Customer service was outstanding throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!
