Oak Ridge Dental Arts - Mt Island

I went into an appointment today to look at alternatives I had to fix a front tooth that had chipped. I was cheerily greeted by Summer at the front desk, then Amanda took x-rays and 3-D shots of the problem area, including my front bite, and was chatty and sweet all while getting the job done. She reported my concerns to Dr Khan and he sat down to explain the necessity of a mouth guard and veneers in order to protect me from this happening repeatedly. Amanda and Dr Khan took detailed photos and actually made the process kind of entertaining, making what could have been uncomfortable and embarrassing seem like not a big deal at all. It’s going to cost a chunk from my HSA, but I feel lucky to have such a great team helping me with my aesthetic and overall dental health…big THANKS to all of you!! ❤️❤️❤️

I had a very good experience at this dental office. Everyone on the staff was kind and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The office is very nice, and it is clear that they genuinely care about their patients. I am very grateful for the work they have done and for the care I received. Since I do not speak English, I especially appreciated the patience and kindness they showed me throughout the process. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, I gladly recommend this place.✨✨

I had a crown come loose and my regular Oak Ridge Dental office was closed. I called their Mt. Island office and they were able to get me right in. Everyone was super friendly and so helpful and understanding of my situation. Amanda was awesome and Dr. Kahn was so helpful in explaining my options and any issues I may or may not encounter in the future. Overall it was an exceptional experience and I would highly recommend this office.

I had a pleasant 1st cleaning at Oak Ridge Dental. Jamara was my Hygienist and she was very personable and efficient with my cleaning. She talked me through each step so I knew what was happening and what was coming next. Happy to have found a new dentist close to home.

I don't usually write reviews but feel Dr. Kahn at Oak Ridge Dental Arts did above and beyond what I am use to in the past, so its well deserved. I basically came from another practice with dental work that was never completed (extraction/implant); part of that was on me due to COVID and other personal issues that got in the way. However, upon changing over to Oak Ridge, I immediately felt at ease with their professionalism and due diligence of trying to get details from the other practice, which they were not very forthcoming. This had to be done in phases, and ironically in the middle of this treatment I damaged another tooth (cracked due to bone fragments in ground beef), which eventually required a root canal! So... I was getting a lot of work done over a narrow window of time. Needless to say I quickly discovered just how experienced and good of a Dentist Oak Ridge's staff can be. Through it all, Dr. Kahn especially stood out as a caring dentist which took his time to explain each step, all the while checking to make sure I was comfortable. After completion of the Root Canal, Dr Kahn even called me personally later in the evening, not only to check to see if I had any lingering pain but also to make sure I was happy overall. Very impressive indeed. So if you are an individual that is nervous about dental work, have serious complicated issues, or like me love to have things explained, Oak Ridge really has you covered! I am so glad I changed over to Oak Ridge as I finally feel at ease knowing I have a reliable, experienced, and friendly dentist to help keep my teeth healthy as possible.

Today was the 1st time my teeth have been cleaned in a while. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the office. The staff is absolutely amazing. The dentist was the best! He was very kind and answered all my questions. I plan on being his patient for years to come. Now let me tell you about my hygienist on a scale of 1-10, Jamara Cook deserves an 11!
