Very friendly staff and great service

At the start of the year, I visited Oakdale for a consultation following some significant issues with my teeth. From the moment I contacted them to today, they have been fantastic. I have slight trust issues when it comes to dentists, but everyone at Oakdale put me at ease, reassured me and have followed through with incredible treatment and service. I had an extraction and implant with Dr Alif Moosajee, which I was particularly nervous about. The treatment went incredibly smoothly and was less intense than some fillings I have had at previous places. I also had a significant amount of fillings and crowns with Dr Harvinder Chahal, who was patient with me through 6+ hours of treatment. Everyone I have met at the practice, including the reception staff and the dental nurses have been personable, kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciate everything that they have done and I would recommend this practice to anyone I know.

I have used Oakdale for over three years now and find the whole experience - booking an appointment, on-site customer service, treatments and aftercare - pleasant, reliable and relaxing. Whilst more expensive than NHS care, the experience and pleasant environment make it worthwhile, especially if someone is nervous about receiving dental care. Everything is fully explained to the customer and there is no pressure put on anyone to opt for particular treatments. It is important to keep up to date with oral health and dental care and I 100% recommend Oakdale.

I had an excellent experience at Oakdale Dental for my Airflow appointment. Dr Anas Alkosti was professional, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. Niamh, the dental nurse, was also fantastic—friendly, caring, and very attentive. The whole team made the appointment comfortable, and my teeth feel amazingly clean. Highly recommend!

This the best dentist I have ever been to. The dentist Harveinder, Sana, Meg and the Hygienist look after me ever so well. They provide a fantastic service. They made me feel calm and very relaxed. They are the most kindest members of staff I know. I’m so glad I come here they do thorough checks and explain everything step by step. I am glad I come here. They make me feel very welcome and they don’t rush they take their time in helping you. I’ve been with Oakdale Dental for over 6 years, starting with my Invisalign treatment with Dr Chintan, who completely transformed my smile and confidence. Since then, I’ve continued as a patient and have always had a great experience. From the friendly and supportive reception team to my and my dentist therapist Dr Halit , who always makes me feel calm during appointments (especially as I can get nervous), the level of care has been amazing. The quality of service at Oakdale Dental is excellent. I always feel safe and well looked after whenever I visit, and I’m consistently treated with kindness and professionalism. I truly believe it’s one of the best dental practices in Leicester. They are very accommodating and offer a wide range of treatments for patients.

If only I can rate more than 5* I would. I haven't been to the dentist for sometime due to fear and anxiety butt it was so worth it as my I now feel very happy with the work Dr Alif did for my dental health. This has also given me great confidence to keep going for check ups. I recommended Oakdale Dental to my friends family and even work colleagues. That's how much i have trust in them. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel special, truly an amazing dental practice. Having spoken to Caitlin over the phone today and explained that another dental practice has cancelled on me twice, she quickly managed to fit me in for an appointment with the team for an airflow cleaning appointment. Upon arriving the dental practice looks amazing and is truly a 5 star experience. The smell was amazing! So much so upon complimenting the smell, I was handed a gift on a insense stick which I didn't expect. I was greated by Caitlin at the desk and she quickly took my details and made sure I was looked after. The dentist Halit talked me through the airflow appointment and provided me with all the knowledge I needed for what the process would be and the aftercare. He was super friendly and very welcoming. The dental nurse Shannon was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable, ensuring to provide the perfect service. A great duo. Compliments to both on there work. I left feeling my teeth where clean and I felt looked after with the proper advice I required. Oakdale dental is an amazing practice. I'm looking forward to visiting them soon for another appointment. I cannot recommend them enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been a patient of this clinic for about 4 years now, and due to my myriad of dental issues I had to pay multiple visits to the dentist, hygienist and denture specialist. And I must tell you from the start that Oakdale Dental is one of the best practices of any kind that I have seen, or ever had the pleasure of visiting. From the warm and friendly welcome of the receptionist,  to the kindness of the dental nurses, to the professionalism of the Doctors. Admittedly, it is slightly more expensive than the other clinics that I have heard stories of. But what Oakdale Dental offers you, is a level of respect and professionalism that you rarely find in this day and age.  It is expensive but is never greedy, they truly make an effort of saving you money, advising pathways of cheaper treatments that would benefit you more than the expensive route. The quality of life and respect that they have for their patients, their own clinic and staff is top of the line!  Just a simple example, they stock their own antibiotics, saving you the hassle of going to the pharmacy if you ever are in need of emergency antibiotics. As a healthcare worker myself, I could write volumes of how Oakdale is the pinnacle of care, and how every healthcare setting of any kind should look to them for inspiration. Not only the perfect care of their patients, but how the clinic looks, smells, the background music and how they  treat their own staff. Think about it, Oakdale has purchased tailor-made suits for their reception staff ! *mind-blowing* ! I hope my words convey the level of respect and admiration I have for this clinic.  5 out of 5 stars does not even come close to the level that Oakdale Dental is at ! And without a doubt, I truly recommend this practice for anybody in need of dental care of the highest quality ! Thank you Oakdale for an experience and a treatment that makes me feel valued, respected and seen. And for giving me the confidence and a reason to smile.
