Oakmont Family Dental

The Springfield location was great. Very clean, cookies were delicious, and everyone was nice. I would recommend this establishment.

I love this place! Great staff. I had Lauren as my hygienist, she was awesome! Very thorough, did the perfect amount of check ins, and was gentle on my teeth while also giving a great cleaning! Dr.Jeb was very kind and took the time to say hello before digging in my mouth. 5 minutes of chatting goes a long way for the person in the chair! I’m really happy I switched dentists.

They have always been professional and easy to work with. Oh ya and they did a good job

July 2026 update: My mom left Oakmont after frustrations as well. Long story short, she was a patient for 6+ years. Thought she was recieving great care at Oakmont.. They told her things were okay in her mouth, etc. Today, she went to our new dentist who declared HALF of her teeth need serious fixes. She is looking at a hefty, 5 figure (!!) dental bill for work to fix her entire mouth. What on earth did Oakmont do, or NOT do, for 6+ years?! New dentist could not even read Oakmont's x-rays and did 18(!!) new x-rays today and declared Oakmont's "unreadable." She is too angry to contact Oakmont, or write a review. I'm not sure how Oakmont keeps getting 5 star reviews because 5 of us in our family have now had horrible experiences and/or lack of professional dental care. Extremely disappointed. 3 star review just went to 1. Original review: Been going here for many years. Used to love it! We feel we were treated great when we had amazing dental insurance. Fast forward to 2020-2023, COVID, job losses, losing our top tier dental insurance, etc. We felt we were treated completely different! No insurance? Hmmm. Balances were whispered to us in office & we were asked if we were able to pay. Yes. We can pay. Why would we go otherwise? Bottom line, we started to feel like a number & not valuable patients with feelings. Not a great feeling. We actually loved the dentists but support staff had zero empathy & came across as annoyed. Our final straws were two things; painful cleanings for 3 of us where we were told, “Oh, it’s not that bad!” & scheduling & billing staff who came across as condescending. We had a family emergency & had to cancel 4 cleanings for our family. I was told we would be billed $100 EACH for our cancellations. After two calls to the office, the fee was waived. So, our family of four, extended family & friends have all decided to leave Oakmont.

Kyla was very kind, very gentle,and very caring. Gave me information to help care for my teeth. Dr Jeb and Wendy make a great team. Will be seeing them for a follow up. The office staff is welcoming to.

Recently switched dentists when I moved out to Texas and after being let down by corporately owned clinics I actually ended up flying back into to oakmont as my primary dentist because of how amazing they treat their clients! I never have to worry about getting up charged for services not needed. And every receptionist, hygienist and Dr I have worked here with has been 10/10 at both locations. Their chapstick they hand out in their goody bags is also the BEST!

I’ve been going to Oakmont Family Dental for about three years now and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. As someone who’s always been nervous about dental visits, I can say this team is exceptional at making you feel at ease. I've had multiple fillings, crowns, and now undergoing Invisalign treatment with their office. Every experience I've had has been a positive one. Everyone is friendly and welcoming across the board, from the front desk to the clinical team to billing. I happened to have a dental visit a few days after my brother passed away. They sent flowers following my appointment. That level of care is rare and goes so above and beyond what I would ever expect from a dental office. Dr. Hardy and his entire team is THE BEST! Thank you!

I just changed dentists from Willamette to Oakmont and I couldn't be happier. Every part of the experience felt warmer and less stressful. They even offer you neck warmers while you are there. I originally heard of Oakmont at the Irish Festival because they were offering free activities for children. I love how this office treats people and the community. Glad they are here to help me with my teeth health and white coat anxiety.

Sophia, the Dental Hygienist, is amazing! I was so happy she assisted me again at my second appointment after 6 months. She’s incredibly sweet and friendly. I recently moved here, and she made me feel so comfortable. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a dental office like this, but Oakmont Family Dental has truly been a blessing. Thank you!
