Very pleasant experience. The entire staff -- receptionist, hygienists, and dentist -- were courteous, professional, and extremely competent. Procedures were well explained and all questions answered thoroughly. Highly recommended.

I am giving this review about the front office staff .Dr Carey is a great dentist and the hygienist as well. TODAY 6 29 2026 Iwas running late and called 15 minutes before my appointment. The receptionist said okay I will let them know and nothing else The traffic was awful and did not arrive till 223 for a 2 pm appointment. She waa calling as I arrived and told ne she called I told her I was driving . Anyway she said they would need to reschedule my appointment and I said yoy already rescheduled my appointment it was supposed to bexat 3 pm . She just repeated herself about waiting time like she could care less. I am usually early but things happen . So she looked to reschedule I said hope its soon she said August. I said that's too long I already scheduled this month's ago. I told her I won't be coming back she simply said I'll let them know . I guess they have so much business they don't care . I havehad other issues with this same person who gives me wrong information in the past . Been going here about 15 years

Just had my first appointment at Oakwell Dental. They were fantastic! Got me in quickly, hygenist was wonderful, and Dr. Nillissen was thorough and so helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
Upfront Staff is pleasant to work with. Not the case in many doctor’s offices. Dentist Olivia Nillissen provides you with detailed items that need work and why. Olivia distinguishes between what is critical and what is optional. Great Hygienist.
