I had a wonderful experience at oasis dental! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The entire appointment went smoothly, and I truly felt cared for throughout my visit. The dental hygienist did an excellent job, cleaning my teeth. She was thorough, gentle, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. My teeth have never felt so clean! The staff was professional, kind, and created such a warm, welcoming Atmosphere. I highly recommend Oasis Dental to anyone looking for a Dental office That genuinely cares about its patients. Thank you for such a great experience!

Terrific people at this office. Very friendly and thorough, even if my gums did not enjoy the deep cleaning, I know I needed it and it sure was a reminder to do a better job flossing!

First time here and it was amazing! Everyone was great, from the front desk staff Arya and Morgan, to dental assistants Maria and Alex. I got the Glo teeth whitening, and the results were fantastic! They also did a full assessment and X-rays and suggested other work to do to keep my teeth in great shape. Highly recommended!

I was nervous to go to the dentist because I had never gone anywhere except my childhood office. The staff here went out of their way to make me comfortable and to answer my questions. My hygienist was extremely friendly as well as the gentleman dentist who examined me. Thank you for helping me get back on track with my mouth care. They also gave me a mug for being a first time visit! Also … tvs on the ceiling for entertainment… amazing!

I have always been very nervous to go to the dentist since I was a kid. Sick to my stomach nervous. It’s been a blessing finding and coming to Oasis Dental. My hygienist Natalie is the best I could go on and on about her. The office staff is the best also sorry I don’t know their names but they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Dr Tyler Garrett is the best and doesn’t scare me one bit. Good guy! 😁

I finally found a real patient centered dental team. I have been with several dental offices for almost 8 years now in Flagstaff and I have never experienced a true patient oriented dental care service. Most of them will talk to you and treat you like another "dental insurance member id" in line to go by for the day, at Oasis Dental Care, I was treated like a family. Setting up my first appointment online was a breeze, then the dental office called as soon as they could to confirm my dental insurance and appointment date. My overall experience in this office was excellent, from the front office, you already get the good vibes treating you like a part of their family, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile, she is very welcoming and even sharing her gardening plan, then I was called right away by the dental assistant who in turn shares her cultures and family background, she even took time to introduce me to another dental assistant who shares our culture. Then I was taken to the dental hygienist who even recognized me as her previous co-worker even if I did not remember her. She was telling me stories about our previous job and how she remembers me. Finally, Dr. Garrett came and thoroughly discussed my dental condition and took extra care explaining his plan and answering all my questions. All this happened even if they were busy and knew they were running behind their schedule. They did not try to rush me up or just get rid of me and they just did their amazing job instead until they were done. The staff just showed me that they look at my face as a person and not just another patient to go by. All these attitudes of doing more than the standard and going the extra mile makes me feel treated like a family. Thank you Oasis Dental!

I haven't been to a dentist in some time and I really am not a fan of dentists, but needed to go. When I walked into Oasis office I was a little surprised. It didn't look like a dentist office of the past. Which was refreshing. It was calming, took away my dentist anxiety and the receptionist and others were smiling and friendly. I checked in, filled out my paper work and was called for my exam and xrays. The tech was very open, communicative, and put me at ease. We had some discussion while xrays were done and when Dr. Garrett came in for my exam we just moved into that and then it was over. Dr. Garrett put together a treatment plan and we were done. It all went so well. Easy, relaxed, unstressful, actually enjoyable! I checked out, got my gift bag and am actually lo oking forward to my next appointment...teeth cleaning. I came to Oasis Dental on the recommendation of Maria who I have known for quite some time. She told me they were all very good people there and did great work. Well, I think she underestimated. Everyone that I met there was outstanding. Arya and the other receptionist managed to get my insurance coverage verified quickly. I then met Elena, the dental hygienist who took care of me. She was absolutely the best hygienist I’ve ever encountered. She’s extremely patient and did a phenomenal job in getting x-rays and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Garrett came in and did my exam. He put me totally at ease and described the work that should be done. He listened to my concerns and has provided me with the guidance I needed. I am extremely comfortable In this office and I absolutely will make this my dental office from here on. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. They’re an Outstanding team!
