Cleanings, fillings, crowns in northwest Denver
Smyleee Rating
Very Good
Set up on Umatilla Street in northwest Denver, OG Dental runs as a general-dentistry practice set up for the everyday work most patients actually need. The clinic is built around the day-to-day work — not boutique marketing — and serves adults and kids in one familiar place. The shape of the practice fits patients who want a clear conversation about what's actually needed, with treatment staged around real priorities rather than a one-shot proposal on the first visit. If you're scoping a northwest Denver dental option, this is a sensible practice to put on a short list of candidates and book a first visit with.
Service coverage spans the standard general-dentistry breadth: routine cleanings and exams, tooth-colored fillings, crowns and bridges, root canal treatment, basic extractions, and gum-disease management. The practice also handles professional teeth whitening when patients need them, alongside the routine preventive work. Restorations lean conservative — composite material rather than amalgam — and most needs are kept in-house, with specialty referrals reserved for cases that genuinely call for them rather than offered up front.
If you want a dental home where the same team can handle a kid's first sealant, your six-month checkup, and an unplanned cracked tooth, this is the shape of practice that fits.
Cost positioning sits in the typical Denver general-dentistry range, with most major insurance plans accepted and clear pretreatment estimates before restorative work begins. Patients searching for general dentist near me in Denver, family dental practice in Denver, or preventive and restorative dentist in Denver commonly land at neighborhood practices like this one — generalists rather than narrow specialty offices. It suits families wanting consistency over many years, patients who value predictable scheduling, and anyone who'd rather have one trusted dentist see the same teeth across decades than rotate through a corporate group practice. The northwest Denver location works for patients already running errands in this part of Denver, and parking and transit access tend to be straightforward for the surrounding blocks.
OG Dental on Umatilla Street in northwest Denver runs a general-dentistry practice covering cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, and basic emergency care for adults and kids for Denver families. The practice handles in-house cases day to day rather than referring out.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Kellee at OG Dental. From the moment she started working with me, she put me completely at ease and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. I felt genuinely taken care of, not rushed or talked at. She was calm, confident, and thoughtful in her plan to address my dental issue, which made me feel comfortable and trust that I was in really good hands. Dental visits are not usually something I look forward to, but Dr. Kellee truly changed that for me. Highly recommend.
As a child, teenager and into my 20's I had severe Bruxism (subconscious grinding). I had 3 dentist tell me that redoing my teeth would require rewiring my bite and 10's of thousands of dollars and years of letting my new bite sit. Not to mention, porcelain veneers terrified me because I didn't want them to grind down the original tooth...And they cost a ton! Dr. Miller - the artist, the nicest person and teeth sculptor in the game, was able to use a deprogrammer to change my bite from grinding in 10 days, then got to work on the masterpiece I now call my smile using composites. No damage to permeant teeth. Quicker, less invasive, cheaper. Incredible work. 10/10 would recommend. If I ever move 1000 miles away, I would fly in just to go see Dr. Miller again.
First time going to a new dentist. This place was very nice. They give you a list of complimentary things you can choose to make your stay nicer; stress ball, blanket, neck wrap, etc. I was impressed by that. Their equipment seemed very modern and cutting edge. Dr Miller was a total gem and made me feel heard and comfortable. Very happy I found a spot I trust around here!
OG Dental is one of the best dentist offices I have been to ever. They are hyper communicative, friendly, and transparent with information. Honestly, I love everyone at this office from the front desk staff to everyone I have interacted with during cleanings and appts, including my dentist. I feel like I am being given all the information up front, given information to anticipate, and even given post appt care info texted to me. I recognize that I am not always the most easy patient as I have had issues with insurance (who hasn't?), and my teeth aren't in the best shape. Through all of that, everyone lets me ask as many question as I want and I do genuinely feel like we are all a team in my teeth care journey. Beyond that, the office is incredibly clean, they offer water and a menu of items to help create a relaxing environment. While I look forward to needing less frequent visits in the future, I do not feel nearly as anxious about going to this office as I have in the past at other offices.
OG has a great team from the desk staff to the dental hygienist to the docs. Folks who work there seem happy and comfortable and thats reflected in how they treat you and the vibe of the office. No one loves going to the dentist but visiting here is the least Ive hated a dentist office ever and thats saying something, right?
