The staff is great from the time you walk through the front door to the time you leave. They are quick but thorough.

While the staff at this office is professional and competent, I would advise caution before proceeding with care. Our family received dental care at this office in 2024, and received a bill 2 years later (2026) stating our insurance was out of network at that time and none of the provided services were covered. We were never notified of this throughout 2024. It is standard practice to verify coverage and notify patients promptly if services are out-of-network or not covered—ideally prior to care or within a reasonable timeframe thereafter. I would advise caution and check with your insurance rather than rely on this office to make informed decisions on dental coverage prior to proceeding with care.

Excellent experience! Very welcoming front desk lady, peaceful nature video feed in the waiting room, comfortable dental chairs, bright spaces, knowledgeable and efficient dental assistants - this visit was for a mouth guard. It was a very positive experience. My previous visit the dentist was excellent too.

All of the staff at Olathe Family Dental are phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, Kim is warm, friendly, and welcoming. Stephanie makes the checkout and payment process super easy and always sees you out with a smile. Dr. Kiene is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to explain everything well. I'm excited to see their new building once when it opens across the street! Highly recommend!

Dr Kiene is a good dentist. He is knowledgeable and his staff is wonderful. Cindy did a great job cleaning my teeth and Michelle’s gentle hands and soothing voice will keep me coming back.

I have been going to Olathe Family Dentistry for many many years. When the new dentistry group took over, I was wondering what the experience would be like. The new group has been in place for 3 years now, and everyone of them are awesome. Believe it or not, going to the dentist is a very pleasurable experience, even if you have to have a cavity filled.
