Olathe South Dentistry

I recently removed my negative review but after contacting my insurance about the claims they made I'm sticking to my 1 star review. If I could I would give a 0. They were trying to charge me for 2 different sets of xrays,a cleaning and a $95 consultation. Thank goodness my insurance denied the x-ray and the consultation. I told them I have a limited amount on my insurance for dental and I was not able to pay any out of pocket charges. Several times when they were working on me last year I kept telling them I was choking on the water. They said they weren't seeing any water and then it came shooting out my nose. Now where did all that water come from? I think they are in this for the money because they show no compassion. If you call to cancel and you don't give a 24 notice to reschedule you have to pay $100 deposit. I canceled on a Monday, the day of my appointment because I cannot forsee the future and I wasn't sick on Friday. I have migraines and osteoarthritis in my back knees and feet. I have no warning when they flare up and because debilitating. They take none of this into consideration. Anyway if you have money to blow and don't have to live on fixed income then you might get along great. They don't like poor people.

I have been self conscious of my smile since I had a bicycle accident, where I damaged my teeth during a triathlon, years ago. No other dentist office offered the options (reasonably priced) I was given here. For the first time in years I LOVE my smile.

atmosphere is easy going and friendly. dr rawalt was informative, engaged and efficient. hygienists, benefits coordinator, etc all helpful and clean! check-in process is not my favorite but that is a minor grievance.

The staff was amazing! Lakeydra was so friendly & very patient in helping me switch over my whole family to Olathe South Dentistry.

Dr. Reno is amazing! She did my crown and even took out a tonsil stone! So grateful for her care.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. I even drove 12 hours from Louisiana just to make my appointment. I always look forward to speaking with Abby and Sabre at the front desk, they are so friendly and knowledgeable. The hygiene staff are very thorough and quick. Jenny really takes pride in her work. Very good prices and willing to work with your schedule. Highly recommend. This is my forever dentist.

I had a wonderful experience at Olathe South Dentistry. They went above and beyond to accommodate my dental problems, and I truly felt cared for every step of the way. The entire crew was superb, kind, and attentive, and they made sure I was comfortable and fully taken care of. It’s not often you find a team that is both professional and genuinely compassionate, but that’s exactly what I found here. I would highly recommend Olathe South Dentistry to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a staff that really puts patients first.

I looooved my experience here!!! I put off my gum graft procedure of years because of fear of the surgery and the associated recovery, but the team at Olathe South Dentistry was so phenomenal. They were able to get me in super quick (all other offices I called had earliest availability 4-5 weeks out!). In the office, Dr. Brent answered all my questions pre-op, and assured me the surgery would be great, which it was! He was super gentle but swift and efficient. If I ever need any periodontal work again (I hope to God I don’t), I will only come to Dr. Brent. Every person I interacted with in the office was so lovely! Saber, Shai’Ann, Amanda, and Brandi are terrific and such kind women. Olathe South Dentistry is the best.

My husband had a health emergency passing out, he fell and lost one of this teeth and chipped 3 other ones. They were able to take him in quickly and fixed his teeth the same day. He’s super happy and he said the staff was amazing. Highly recommended and we are very thankful for them ❤️

I am slightly afraid of dentists and I have put off going to the dentist for several years. I knew I had some major issues with my teeth, but I was afraid and embarrassed to go. I decided that 2026 was the year that I got my teeth under control. I called several dentists, but it was going to be several months before anyone could get me in. I called Olathe South Dentistry and they were able to get me in within the week. My first appointment was with Dr. Rawalt and she was incredibly kind and gentle and helped me come up with a plan to get my teeth healthy again. It took three more appointments to get the work done, but it was well worth it! My teeth feel better than they have in years. Dr. Rawalt and her assistants are incredibly knowledgeable and efficient and they do their best to make sure you feel comfortable and understand what is being done. I am so thankful that I contacted them and got started on my path to healthier teeth. I feel at peace now and that is priceless.

Dr. Rawalt is awsome at what she does. We had a kiddo with alot of dental anxiety due to a previous office after a couple of visits with her he now goes back on his own and does everything needed without fear. We also have a smaller kiddo who she has been so patient with the first two visits and this last time actually let us do the whole appointment start to finish!
