Networked with OLIVIA at the winter conference in Orlando, FL. It was a pleasure meeting Andrew Jackson and his wonderful team. Alex Jackson showed me his new digital denture workflow and I am very excited to try it!

Phenomenal customer service! Very speedy service. Couldn’t believe it!!

Olivia lab has horrible communication and has dropped the ball multiple times on multiple cases. We have a patient whose case was started in January that still has not been delivered, and it is always excuse after excuse. They even promised it would be expedited and still nothing. We would understand honest mistakes, but we are having to move the patient’s appointment for the 4th time and no apology or anything

Haven’t used the lab yet but excited about partnering with the lab!

Had an issue getting a crown to seat with our usual lab. Gave Olivia a shot and it fit perfectly. Couldn’t be happier
