My daughter had a very traumatic experience with a dentist when she was just six years old, and for the past 12 years she completely refused to see any dentist. It was something we struggled with for a long time. From the moment we met Dr. Diana, everything changed. She was incredibly gentle, patient, and understanding. She took the time to speak directly to my daughter, calmly explaining every step and making sure she felt safe and in control. There was no pressure, only kindness and professionalism. For the first time in years, my daughter felt comfortable sitting in a dental chair—and that alone says everything about the level of care Dr. Diana provides. The way she connected with her and rebuilt her trust is something I will never forget. Dr. Diana is truly exceptional.
