The dentist was great at explaining my issues related to my TMJ and took the time to answer any questions I had.

This place is horrible. A few years back I went in for a wisdom removal. I already had X- rays from the doctors office of what needed to be pulled and they made me get X-rays again just for them to tell me which ones were impacted (I already knew) Before I even went back there I had to pay to be seen. (At this time I had dental insurance) I kept trying to get an estimate of how much it would cost since I came in knowing which teeth I wanted to get pulled and they refused. Fast forward it ended up being too expensive and I didn’t get any procedures done and paid for for the X-Rays they took and left. It’s 2026 and now I’m receiving messages that I Owe them something .
Zachariah is My Man! Wonderful experience with the whole staff. All i know is I went to sleep and woke up and it was over!🤣
After six days of unimaginable pain, this place was a god sent. The staff was warm and friendly, the doctor was amazing. I can't remember his name, just know it began with Z He explained everything in great detail and took care of my pain. The procedure was painless and he called later to check on me. It's a 10 for10 for me. Hope I never need oral surgery again, but if I do OSI will be the place!🥰
Dr Pitts and the staff were so nice to my daughter they helped ease her anxiety. The procedure was quick and she felt minimal pain after the numbness went away. she had horrible pain at first but only had to take one dose of the pain medication. The Oral Institute in Franklin i would 10 of 10 recommend.
I’ve had 2 visits here. 2024 and this month. JOSEPH R. ZACHARIAS, MD, DDS has provided outstanding service. In all of my visits there he has been very thorough and explained everything in layman’s terms so I would understand. I really appreciate his transparency and honesty of what services I would need or not need. I highly recommend this oral surgical office for any of your needs for dental or related. The office is always clean and the receptionist and staff are always friendly. A special thanks goes out to you all.

My conversation with Dr. Pitts felt more like talking with a friend than with someone simply doing their job — light, humorous, and at the same time highly professional. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and offered several options for addressing my issue. The staff were equally wonderful, showing a genuine desire to help rather than just going through the motions. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and thorough. Thank you very much!
My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Zacharias, from our consultation to the day Of the Procedure I knew my daughter was in great hands. Dr. Zacharias made us feel at ease and thoroughly explained the procedure and recovery process. We even received a phone call later from his office checking up on her. From the first hello at the front desk to the goodbye on the way out, I can without any hesitation recommend this practice.
