About a month ago, I visited a dental hospital called Oris Dental Center in Jumeirah, Dubai, because of a toothache. They informed me that I needed a filling and a root canal treatment, and they got approval from my insurance. I agreed, and the root canal treatment began. However, it has been a month and the treatment is still not completed. When I returned to the hospital today, they asked for another insurance approval. I did not agree to this as I have already paid for the service, and I have been waiting for over a month with an unfinished tooth. They opened the tooth, started the root canal, but never closed it. I would like to file a formal complaint against this hospital. And they tried to get me to sign such a document after one month.

I had an appointment for dental cleaning today, and when i reached the receptionist advised me that thier will be delay more than half hr!! And the patient was still inside tht means more than half hr to one hr. I was very upset as they should have called to inform a head of time and not when im there. Very bad experience i decided to walk out because they don’t have respect for clients
