About Orlando Dentures and Implants

Based on Maitland Summit Boulevard in Orlando, Florida, Orlando Dentures and Implants is a dental practice serving the area. A dental implant replaces a missing tooth at the root, not just the crown — a small titanium post is placed in the jaw bone and, once it has integrated over a period of months, a replacement tooth is attached to it. It is generally the most durable option for a single missing tooth or several.

A bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by anchoring a false tooth to crowns placed on the teeth either side of the gap, creating a fixed replacement rather than a removable one. It is a longstanding alternative to an implant, particularly when the neighbouring teeth already need crowns.

Dentures replace some or all of the natural teeth in a jaw with a removable appliance, custom-fitted to the mouth. A full denture replaces every tooth; a partial fills gaps where some natural teeth remain. Because the jaw bone reshapes over time, dentures typically need adjusting or remaking periodically.

Children benefit from starting dental visits early, generally by their first birthday or within six months of the first tooth coming through, mainly so they become familiar with the setting before any treatment is actually needed. Establishing that routine early tends to make ongoing checkups far less stressful for both child and parent.

Payment and insurance arrangements vary by practice and by treatment, so it is worth asking directly what is covered and what options exist for anything that is not, rather than assuming either way. Getting that clarified before treatment starts avoids surprises once it is underway.

Beyond any single treatment, most dental visits start with an examination — checking for decay, reviewing the gums, and looking at existing fillings or crowns — often alongside X-rays where there is a reason to look between or beneath teeth. That groundwork is what a dentist uses to explain any findings and set out next steps before you leave. This page has the practice's contact details and full service list. Frequently Asked Questions

What days is Orlando Dentures and Implants open?
Orlando Dentures and Implants is open Monday through Friday. Contact the practice through this page to confirm current appointment times before travelling.
What services does Orlando Dentures and Implants offer?

How long do dental implants last?
The implant itself is designed to be permanent and frequently lasts decades. The crown attached to it is the part more likely to need replacing over time, and implants can still be lost to gum infection if cleaning is neglected.
What is a bone graft and why might I need one?
Bone shrinks after a tooth is lost, and if there is not enough left to anchor an implant, grafting rebuilds the volume first. It is a common preliminary step when a tooth has been missing for a long time.
Is a bridge or an implant better for a missing tooth?
They solve the same problem differently. A bridge is quicker and does not involve surgery, but it requires preparing the neighbouring teeth. An implant stands alone without altering adjacent teeth and preserves bone, though it takes longer and needs enough bone to place it.

This review may be a bit premature, as I have yet to have the new teeth in my head, however, I want to say that I am quite pleased so far. The doctor an staff have listened to all my concerns and have taken time discussing my options. They even found a better way of accomplishing my goal. They even provide easy financing. Every step has been explained to me and everything is going as planned. On a personal level, I want to say that I have never liked visits to dentists, but oral surgeons are much more than that and I feel very comfortable and pleased with my choice. Look for my update in a few weeks. If you are thinking of getting some teeth, I recommend talking to the folks at Orlando Dentures and Implants. Thank you

Free consultation with xrays was a great way to start here. Dr Matt and Dima answered all of my questions and made me feel like they really care about their patients. They even help with financial support. I decided on the snap in dentures, still an ongoing process. They will get you in quickly if you have any problems and Dr Matt is the best! Everyone that works there is nice and friendly.

Welcoming place, explained the procedure I need to do very well. Dr. Matt is awesome, funny guy 😂 he referred me to another dentist to do my work. First consultation is free, I was worried about that, some places charges a lot for the first visit and X-Ray. I definitely recommend Orlando Dentures & implants. Thank you 🙏🏿

Dr. Havass and team are amazing. Everyone I have come in contact with at his practice has been helpful, friendly and professional. From the front desk, techs, assistants, all have been truly great. It is rare to get this kind of customer service anywhere these days, much less a dental office. They explain what they are doing before they do it and take the time to make sure the process is understood before moving forward. In addition, they take time to get to know the patient and make you feel comfortable. I searched for a long time to find a practice I was comfortable with performing my dental implant surgery and I am so thankful that I found Dr. Havass and Orlando Dentures and Implants. Highly recommend!
