I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Belknap, and she made my visit incredibly comfortable. She explained everything in great detail and was wonderful. She was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Will give you an estimate and tell you that's all you have to pay that the insurance will cover the rest then send you to a debt collector like 6 months later because you actually owe the rest. Was never called to be explained the EOB I had to call them to get it explained. Love our Healthcare system.

It pains me to write a negative review, because my one experience with the provider was good. However, their billing has been a circus. I first walked into this business over 8 weeks ago for a procedure. A person at the desk said they needed prior authorization from my insurance, and rescheduled me. I cancelled the second appointment, and the third appointment was yesterday. I had spoken with their business office 2 weeks prior, who assured everything would be in place for the third appointment. I drove 72 miles round trip. The first thing I asked, "Did you get pre-authorization from my insurance?" The answer was no. They offered to schedule me a fourth time. I walked out. I called my insurance the next day, and they have never received any requests for pre-authorization from Orofacial & Dental Implant Surgery in over 8 weeks.

Very efficient staff and Dr. Belknap was professional and explained everything thoroughly.

Dr. Morales is an amazing surgeon and an even more amazing human being. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, along with a biopsy, and he made me feel completely at ease both before and after the procedure. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. I was very scared at first and had many concerns, but Dr. Morales took the time to address every one of them and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff is also incredibly professional, efficient, and welcoming. The nurse was absolutely amazing and made me feel very well cared for. I am truly grateful for the wonderful care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Morales and his entire team

Our family dentist at Windermere Dental Care had a concern about an abnormality in my mouth and wanted me to get it checked out by a highly respected pathologist she reveres. I received a referral and an appointment with Dr. Austin Belknap at the OROFACIAL office. Well, the staff and Dr. Belknap were fabulous! The friendly staff helped with getting me a timely appointment and completing the necessary paperwork. As for Dr. Belknap, she is one of the most personable, thorough and knowledgeable doctors I’ve had the opportunity to visit. (And, she assured me of no worries). Couldn’t ask for more! She and her office staff have to be the Gold Standard for the various specialized services they provide their patients.

Be very careful with billing!! Don't just take for granted you are being billed correctly and that you're insurance is billed correctly and has provided all data requested by your insurance so you don't end up paying more than you are supposed to!! Other than that, the Doctor who did my procedure did great!

Dr Moore is so knowledgeable and very kind. The office is clean and efficient. No waiting.
