Selena at the desk in Wicker Park is AMAZING! I had an issue and she gave me the EXACT solution without any confusion on the most professional manner. She understood that I didn’t understand the process and made sure that I did. I’m happy that my child chose this clinic (due to the free swag!) bc they truly have a front line team who cares about the patients and their needs. To be honest I was quite nervous about my visit, but the team at bucktown reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. I had so many questions but Dr. Shibeika was very thorough as she went over my care plan. Diana was the best! She went over my coverage and costs and made me feel right at home. My lead assistant was very friendly and made sure to let me know what she was doing step by step throughout the entire process. I wasn’t expecting immediate treatment the day of my consultation, but overall the process was very fast. I was in and out in a jiffy!
