Oso Pediatric Dentistry

My 2 oldest kids had to get grays and cleaning. Everyone made sure they felt comfortable. And while I was getting my baby's information in their system they checked her teeth as well.

They have been awesome in the care of our daughter since we have been bringing her in. I love how attentive and caring and soft they are with the kids.

My daughter has been going to Oso Pediatric for about two years, and we’ve had such a great experience. They recently brought on Dr. Matt, and he has been fantastic. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and patient. My daughter is someone who really likes to understand exactly what is happening and know the process play by play, and they always take the time to explain everything to her in a way that makes her feel comfortable and involved. Anytime we’ve had something come up that needed more immediate attention, they’ve also been quick and easy to work with. We’ve been really happy with the care she receives here and would absolutely recommend Oso Pediatric to other families.

Oso pediatrics is the best! They are wonderful with the children. They truly do go above and beyond.

My son has been coming here since the age of 1. Absolutely amazing staff. Great place. Kids play area keeps them entertained while waiting also!

Dr.Matt Ferrin is amazing!!! Its very comforting knowing that he is a Pediatric Dentist, unlike other kids places that are just general(adult) dentist. He understands children's needs and does a great job making them feel safe and special! My 6 yr old son is autistic and this is the best place that I have ever been that will works with ..and not to mention the treatment and understanding with "special needs". He gets his cleaning done! Which is hard for my child. He has the patience and explains, everything. For my sons case..he mentioned for treatment..sometimes the tooth is not savable due to how bad the deterioration is ( was really bad), and Im fine with that, i prefer to get it out than risk a infection that can possibly go deeper into his bloodstreem. Im very happy he is in great hands!!! Thank you Dr.!! (Also.. doctor habla Español!!!! Hugebig +) .

Our child needed extractions under sedation, and Dr. Matt made the entire experience so much easier than we expected. He took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and make us feel at ease. The procedure went smoothly, and what stood out most was the care he provided afterward—checking in, making sure recovery was going well, and being available for any concerns. We are so grateful for his kindness, expertise, and genuine care for our family.

Dr. Matt is everything you could hope for in a pediatric dentist. He is patient, friendly, and truly cares about the kids that he treats. He takes the time to build trust with children and tries his best to make every visit a positive experience for them. The office ran very smoothly, and the staff was fantastic. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who is both highly skilled and genuinely kind, Dr. Matt is the best choice.

Such an amazing experience . Staff was attentive and caring , first time foster parents with a 18 month old . They took the time to make our baby feel comfortable and gave us comfort on our journey so far . Thank you Oso Pediatric for making us feel part of the family !

This is literally the absolute worst place to take your child. If you love your child, if you want to avoid major trauma, please I beg you to not bring your child here. They took teeth out of my child’s mouth that did not need to come out. Completely healthy teeth that we had just discussed with the dentist a few weeks prior. My child told me he felt everything and was trying to get out of the chair because he was in so much pain and terrified. They did not let me in the room with my child. And now I know the reason. When confronted, the staff said “well this is just how we run things. The dentists make decisions”. They wheeled him out the back door like some Area 51 experiment. Drugged up, with no gauze in his mouth. He was a bloody mess and continued to bleed. MIND YOU THEY EXTRACTED 4 TEETH WITHOUT MY KNOWING. No after care paperwork, I had to go inside and demand gauze for him so he’d stop bleeding. They asked us to be there at 6am. We didn’t get seen until 12pm. If you have any love for your child for the love of god do not take them here.
