Otero Dental Centers of Lejeune- Dr. Antonio Otero, Dr. Rolando Marty and Dr. Alexis M. Otero

My father is an 84 year old man, who prior to my mom dying - had lots of dental work done with Dr. Otero. They trusted him . . . until now, when it has become clear to us that he does not care for the wellbeing of his patients, but their pockets! My Dad went in 2 weeks ago and he quoted him $15000.00 worth of dental work that he claimed was necessary. When my Dad told him directly that he didn't have that kind of money, he persuaded him to apply for Care Credit. My Dad is very conscious of his credit, but he signed the form to apply for the credit, feeling he had no other option, and was in a lot of pain! Subsequently, he went to another dentist for a second opinion and ended up getting the work done for much less - an affordable, reasonable amount. Within 48 hours, he went to Dr. Otero and informed him that he no longer required his service - he did this in writing as well. Fast forward 2 weeks, and my Dad receives a bill from Care Credit informing him that his payment is due in July - for 488.00! We immediately call Care Credit and they close the account and tell us to call the Dentist, as they have already received the funds (15K). We have been given the run around from Dr. Otero and his staff, as they claim that Care Credit has to send them paperwork, and 3 different representatives from Care Credit have told us that there's nothing to be done on their end. Dr. Otero's office has to issue the refund, in order to clear this account of its balance. Meanwhile, my Dad is a wreck worried about the credit that he guards with his life!

I am very satisfied with Clínica Otero, from the front desk staff to all the assistants, and especially with Dr. Alexis Otero, who made me smile happily again with the procedure she performed. The hygienist, Ángela, was also wonderful. In short, I am very grateful and happy, and I highly recommend Clínica Otero.

From the moment you walk into the office, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Alexis Otero is not only incredibly skilled but also takes the time to explain everything, making sure you’re comfortable and informed throughout the process. The entire staff is friendly, and the office environment is always clean and inviting. I never dread my visits because I know I’m in great hands. Mercy in the front office is also the best and beyond welcoming. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about your health and comfort, I highly recommend Dr. Alexis Otero.

We went in as new patient and on an emergency. From the minute we stepped into the office, the front desk, dental assistant and dentist were A1 with caring for my daughter. Dr. Rafael Llanes treated her. He noticed she was a bit scared and nervous so throughout the whole procedure he talked her through what he was doing and continuously praised her for being a good patient. He thoroughly explained at home care as well and what to expect next visits to come. While checking out, my daughter said to me “I like this dentist”. For those words to come out of my daughter it lets me know he did a great job. Thank you to all involved in our experience. It was truly an amazing one especially for my daughter. Thank you for the great care.

Alexis Otero and Tony Otero are amazing!! They gave me the smile of my dreams. Everyone in the office is so kind and welcoming. Angela gave me a wonderful cleaning. The office is very clean. Best dental center in Miami! Highly recommend!!!

I have to rate Otero Dental 5 stars!! I absolutely love coming to my appointments. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated like family by all the staff members. My hygienist (Angela) is by far, the best individual that has ever done a cleaning on me, absolutely AMAZING! Plus she educates me on how to take care of my gums properly. The Otero dentists are phenomenal and have treated all my dental issues for years absolutely pain free!!! I've had bad experiences with dental offices in the past, but Otero Dental is the ONLY place that I trust for my family. The admin staff is very professional and right on target. I never have any issues with billing or scheduling appointments. Always a pleasure visiting Otero Dental!

My mother in law is 83 years old. She is a patient of Otero Dental Centers. She requires more dental care than an average patient. She is no longer able to do a good job herself. She visits Dr. Otero's office at least 3 or four times a year for cleaning and checkups. The doctor and his staff are professional, warm and accomodating. My mother in law is in a wheelchair because of severe back arthritis and they do their best to keep her comfortable and take care of her quickly. I highly recommend their services. Angela is their cleaning technician and she is wonderful!

Dr. Otero and his staff are amazing they are kind and respectful. The office is so clean and everyone in the office is willing to help. Angela the hygenist is amazing. The office feels like i am part of a family. Dr Otero and his family are a gift to the dental industry. I know that they love there patients. I live in orlando and drive down just to go to the best dental offices the world.
