Oval Dental Clinic

أتعامل مع هذه العيادة منذ أكثر من 10 سنوات، وكانت دائمًا عيادتي المفضلة. تجربتي مع د. منذر وياسمين والطاقم كامل كانت ولا تزال ممتازة، وطوال هذه السنوات لم أواجه معهم موقفًا مشابهًا. تعاملت مؤخرًا مع د. محمد، وكانت النتيجة ممتازة وأنا سعيدة بها، ولذلك ملاحظتي لا تتعلق أبدًا بجودة عمله أو بالنتيجة، وإنما بعدم وضوح تفاصيل الـquotation وما ترتب على ذلك من سوء فهم. الـquotation الذي استلمته كان يحتوي على مبلغ خصم، ولكن لم يكن موضحًا فيه سبب هذا الخصم أو ما الذي يشمله تحديدًا. لاحقًا، عندما قررت عدم إزالة الفينير السفلي، تم إبلاغي بأن الخصم الموجود أصلًا في الـquotation كان مقابل عدم إزالة الفينير السفلي. وهنا تحديدًا بدأ الخلاف. لو كان الـquotation واضحًا منذ البداية ومذكورًا فيه أن هذا الخصم مرتبط بعدم إزالة الفينير السفلي، لما حصل أي سوء فهم من الأساس. كذلك كان الـquotation يتضمن إجراءً جراحيًا للثة العلوية والسفلية، ثم تقرر لاحقًا إجراء الليزر للثة السفلية بدلًا من الجراحة، وأُبلغت بأنه لا يوجد فرق في السعر بين الإجرائين. وكان لدي استفسار عن ذلك أيضًا، خصوصًا أنني سبق أن أجريت الليزر وإزالة العظم في العيادة نفسها أكثر من مرة. لذلك فضّلت عدم دفع المبلغ محل الخلاف قبل مناقشة تفاصيله مع د. محمد وفهمها بشكل واضح. وكان لدي بالفعل موعد في الأسبوع التالي مع الدكتور القدير منذر ، وأبلغت موظفة الاستقبال بأنني سأناقش الموضوع معهم خلال الموعد، وإذا اتضح بعد التوضيح أن المبلغ مستحق عليّ فسأقوم بدفعه بكل تأكيد. لكن في اليوم التالي تلقيت رسالة تفيد بأنني لن أتمكن من الانتقال إلى مرحلة الفينير قبل إقفال الفاتورة. أتفهم تمامًا حق العيادة في تحصيل أي مبلغ مستحق لها، لكن في المقابل من حقي كمريضة أن تكون تفاصيل الـquotation واضحة وأن أفهم سبب المبلغ قبل دفعه، خاصة أنني لم أكن أرفض سداد حق ثابت للعيادة، وإنما كنت أطلب توضيح نقطة لم تكن مذكورة أصلًا بشكل واضح في الـquotation. المبلغ بحد ذاته لا يهمني، والمشكلة بالنسبة لي لم تكن مادية. ما أزعجني هو أن سوء فهم كان من الممكن تجنبه بالكامل لو كانت تفاصيل الخصم والإجراءات مكتوبة بوضوح منذ البداية، ثم الطريقة التي تم التعامل بها مع استفساري رغم أن لدي موعدًا قريبًا لمناقشة الموضوع. للأسف، هذا الموقف جعلني أقرر عدم استكمال علاجي في العيادة بعد أكثر من عشر سنوات من التعامل معها. وللإنصاف، كانت النتيجة مع د. محمد ممتازة، ولدي كل الاحترام والتقدير لد. منذر ود ياسمين والطاقم كامل، وتجربتي معهم طوال السنوات الماضية كانت ممتازة. قراري بالمغادرة لم يكن بسبب السعر أو نتيجة العلاج، وإنما بسبب عدم وضوح تفاصيل الـquotation والطريقة التي تم بها التعامل مع الخلاف الذي نتج عن ذلك.

Dr. Yasmin is truly one of the best doctors. She is professional, kind, caring, and always makes her patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Munther is truly exceptional despite his very busy schedule he personally took the time to listen to my concerns and attended to my treatment on different occasions. I had a great experience with Dr. Mohammad alherani. I had gum treatment for my gummy smile, and I’m very happy with the results. I also used to suffer from frequent gum inflammation, but after the laser gum treatment, the inflammation improved significantly. My daughter also had thick gum tissue that was affecting the appearance of her new teeth, and the doctor’s treatment made a big difference.
