I came in for a check up but needed an extensive procedure. Dr. Hanna and staff graciously fit me in. The procedure was explained very well and he answered all of my questions. The anesthetic worked great so I didn’t feel any pain. He performed the procedure without a hitch. He is a very skilled and caring dentist. I recommend him and his office highly.

I can’t recommend Dr. Hanna enough! I came in with poorly fitted ceramic crowns that were bothering me, and he listened carefully to my concerns before getting right to work. He did a beautiful job fixing what had already been done, and the results are so much better than I expected. His assistant Jojo was fantastic too — the whole experience felt attentive and professional from start to finish. I’m thrilled with how my smile looks now. Highly recommend Dr. Hanna to anyone needing quality dental work!

I am a new patient that was really on the hunt for a great dentistry matching professional and friendly staff. I found more than expected! From the receptionist I first spoke with, to confirm they were accepting new patients, to Issac at the front desk greeting me with such professionalism and friendliness. As I was brought back to receive X-rays I noticed the facility is clean and background music was very pleasant. Unfortunately I don't remember the X-ray tech name but she was great we talked In between X-rays. Then I was taken back to meet the Dr. Hong ( I hope my spelling of her name is correct)she was so attentive and professional I was so pleased and felt at ease and comfortable to have found a new dentistry of my liking. Wait it’s not over! Then Stephanie my hygienist came in! Wow I was so pleased 🥰 If you are in search of a professional grade dentistry look know further! Debbie Islas

Long story short. Came in for a different tooth and they told me I needed a crown on a tooth without pain to avoid problems. I trusted them. Regardless of me telling the doctor of my pain in between and at the follow up crown appointments-we proceeded with no change in the plan of care. I had to spend 3k to correct what this clinic did.after spending 1k in copays at their clinic. I was in the worst pain I’ve ever been in for weeks. I left them a voice mail and nobody got back to me when I was going through this. On top of it I’ve gotten more bills in the mail even tho I was told that would be it.

Alma was very kind and helpful she got me an appointment very quickly. Issac also was kind and helpful. He got me set up with the MY CHART. The star of the show was Ramon. He was very patient with all my questions made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be recommending this office to all my coworkers.

Staff is very good at communicating treatment and options. Every experience and treatment has been pleasant here. I highly recommend this office. Dr Yale offers a very comfortable environment. I also did a deep cleaning with Steph and she did an amazing job.

Friendly, welcoming office, great communication from a wonderful caring staff who took good care of me. I have been a patient of Oxnard Smiles for about three years. Front desk staff are amazing, warm, and explain billing in a simple manner. As someone with dental anxiety, I have always felt accommodated at this practice. Alma is quick, clear, and always a pleasure to check in with. Ramon at the front amazes me with his memory of what treatment I have pending. I just had a root canal done by Dr. Kalili and it was exceptionally fast and easy; probably an easier process than some fillings I have had in the past at different practices. Dr. Yale is also great and straight to the point. I wish I could name their dental hygienists and assistants, but they have all been exceptional and informative.

Ramon and Staff were awesome. The procedure was quick and seamless. Dr. Yale was straightforward and relayed my treatment needs in a clear and concise manner. Office was clean and the employees all seem to enjoy what they do and seem supportive of each other.

I went to the dentist for the first time in years because I’m honestly terrified of the dentist, and this office completely changed my experience. From the first phone call, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Even on a busy Monday morning, everyone was happy, helpful, and welcoming.
