I had the most pleasant experience with gum surgery at Pacific Coast Periodontics. Dr. Park did an amazing job on laser surgery. It was quick, and pain-free. My gums and pockets were fixed. Not only is she very skilled and knowledgeable, Dr. Park is very kind and attentive to her patients and their concerns. She takes time to explain the details of the procedure and what to expect, and always welcomes patient questions and responds promptly. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Periodontics. Dr Mark Wiesen seems a very gentle, sensitive & refined soul & very smart, logical & thorough. He took care to understand what kind of patient I am (fearful) & explained everything he did & what the findings meant, & answered most of my questions before I even needed to ask them. He gave me clear (written) diagnoses including the causes of my condition(s), instructions for oral hygiene, treatment plan & alternatives, describing risks and benefits. I haven't received shots yet from him but I expect them to be tolerable.
