It's always a great experience to have my braces adjustment here. The dentist was gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean, warm, aesthetic, and well maintained. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend this dental clinic! 😊

We had an excellent experience at Dentista Studio in JLT. Dr. Ciarra took exceptional care of Vahid's teeth throughout his veneer treatment. She was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. Special thanks as well to Nurse Den for being such a helpful and supportive assistant during every visit. The reception team was always friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making appointments and communication smooth and hassle-free. I'd also like to thank Dr. Fernando, who did my teeth cleaning during my last visit. He has such a gentle touch that the entire procedure was comfortable and virtually painless. We highly recommend Dentista Studio to anyone looking for a caring, skilled, and professional Filipino dental team. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. Loveddd my visit here! Staff were super approachable and professional. I usually get nervous before my dental appointments but Dr. Ciarra explained everything to me before, during, and even after the treatment. The clinic itself was also superb! It was a comfortable environment and the facilities provided were great. The dentists were incredibly skilled and competent. Definitely coming back soon!

The doctors are also very approachable and professional, especially Dr. Ferds, who makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. They are one of the best dental clinics in Dubai—I can confidently say this as they consistently provide high-quality service and excellent patient care. Would NOT recommend. I was a returning client at this clinic and had attended multiple times previously for treatments, including several whitening appointments, so I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and communication. Unfortunately, the experience I’ve had recently has been extremely disappointing. When I was informed the clinic was undergoing refurbishment, I messaged multiple times asking to be updated once they reopened. I also asked whether the work had been completed, but my messages were repeatedly ignored. Instead of keeping an existing client informed, I was simply told to attend another clinic. I later discovered the clinic had already reopened and nobody had bothered to contact me despite my repeated requests. I raised a formal complaint directly with the clinic regarding the lack of communication and consideration shown towards a loyal customer. I was told management would be informed, yet once again nobody followed up. I then had to chase them myself asking when I could expect a response, only to continue being ignored. At this point, the complete lack of accountability speaks for itself. The irony is that my complaint was specifically about poor communication, and their handling of the complaint only proved the issue further. A simple update or acknowledgment would have taken seconds. Instead, I was repeatedly disregarded despite being a paying, returning client who had supported the clinic multiple times before. Very disappointing customer service and extremely poor management communication. I would not recommend this clinic based on how they treat existing clients once an issue is raised.

People are professional, funny and accommodating. The receptionists and dentists are nice too. Make sure you look for doctors Ciara, Gladys or Ferds to have your dental health be taken care of.

The clinic’s location is accessible as it is near the metro. It is also cozy! Plus, Dr. Ciara is amazing! She’s very professional and explains the procedure clearly before she begins. I usually dread going to the dentist, but not when I come visit them for my routine dental check.
