I don't know if it's the smiles they greet you with, or the smile you have when you leave, lots of smiles here. This is a friendly and professional family dentist, with a dedicated and efficient staff. If you are looking for a dentist, this is a great place! And he won't hurt you!

I have been going here for about 25 years. If you are going to get your teeth done do it here where it’s friendly. If you need a specialist they don’t hesitate to refer you. I never doubt that they have my best interests in mind.

The office and staff were very helpful, patient and professional. I was treated like I was family especially since I was nervous about leaving my last dentist office after over 34 years. I would highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a new dentist.

I finally found a dentist that I love! It’s been so hard to find a good one, with good people. I had a great experience: super friendly front desk lady, wonderful X- ray technician/ assistant, Dr. Polerecky actually took the time to talk to me and do a full exam with recommendations, a very friendly and detailed dental hygienist, and a very helpful nice insurance lady! I couldn’t be more impressed, they were very efficient while still being very attentive and super nice. The office was very clean/ spotless, and they had all the new technology/ very updated! This will be my normal dentist now! So happy to finally find one!

How many people say they enjoy going to the dentist office? I enjoy going to Palo Verde Smiles because of Julie and Stacy at the front desk. I have been going to Dr. Critchfield for 27 years before he retired and Palo Verde Smiles bought the practice. I feel like Norm walking into Cheers when I walk into Palo Verde Smiles. Stacy and Julie always have smiles and a Hi Debbie when I walk in the door. They are knowledgeable with insurance and are always friendly and professional. This visit I had a teeth cleaning. I have seen Jazmin twice now and she has been professional and very nice. She explains everything as she goes. She remembered when I saw her three months earlier and how my gums looked at that time. Jazmin offers suggestions as needed. I have not had to have anything other than cleanings for the last 2 years at least (knock on wood!). I have met the dentist and he seems nice and professional. Every person I have encountered at Palo Verde Smiles have always been nice and professional. It doesn't hurt either that they play great music!

Dr. Polerecky and Jazmin, his hygienist, were outstanding! They were highly skilled and very friendly. In fact, I felt so relaxed that I almost dozed off in the chair during my teeth cleaning (the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever received :). Stacey and Kristen were warm and welcoming too.
