About Park Crossing Dentistry
Park Crossing Dentistry provides dental care on Park Cedar Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. Emergency dental care covers sudden problems that will not wait for a routine appointment — severe pain, a knocked-out or fractured tooth, swelling, or a lost filling that leaves a tooth exposed. Same-day or urgent appointments are the point of an emergency service, rather than the standard multi-week booking window.
Sedation dentistry uses inhaled, oral, or intravenous options to help patients relax through treatment, ranging from nitrous oxide for mild anxiety through to deeper sedation for longer or more involved procedures. It is commonly used for patients who have avoided the dentist for years due to fear.
Comprehensive care generally means a practice can handle most of a patient's dental needs in-house — preventive, restorative, and often minor cosmetic or surgical treatment — reducing how often patients are referred elsewhere for routine work.
A filling repairs a tooth after decay has been cleaned out, most often using tooth-coloured composite resin that is shaped and bonded to blend with the surrounding tooth. It is usually completed in a single appointment and is one of the most routine restorative procedures in dentistry.
A professional cleaning removes the plaque and hardened tartar that brushing and flossing cannot reach, particularly along the gumline, and is the core of routine preventive care. Most people benefit from a cleaning roughly every six months, more often for those managing gum disease.
Tooth Decay Treatment is also among the treatments offered here, and the practice can explain what it involves and whether it fits your situation at a consultation.
Affordable care means the practice sets out to make treatment accessible on a self-pay basis or through a payment arrangement, rather than assuming every patient arrives with comprehensive insurance. It is worth asking directly what options exist before assuming a needed treatment is out of reach. You can reach Park Crossing Dentistry through this page to ask a question, check current availability, or request an appointment.

Great dental office, wonderful team and super knowledgeable dentists.
I came here after neglecting my dental hygiene for several years. Dr Neubauer and his staff not only got my teeth back on track, but my credit score jumped, the check engine light in my car went away, and I think I'm an inch taller now. I can finally feel the grooves between my teeth after having years of tartar buildup cleaned off. If you ain't flossing, visit Park Crossing.
I had a wonderful experience during my dental cleaning! Pam was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, answered all of my questions, and was very gentle during the cleaning. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I left with my teeth feeling great and actually looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend this office, and if you have the chance to see Pam, you’re in excellent hands!
Great dental office
Hands down, the greatest dental care you can find! I first joined this practice many years ago and still talk about how amazing they are to this day. I had to move out of the city for work over five years ago (and now live over an hour away), and I genuinely miss coming here, as strange as that sounds for a dental office! I’ve been to many different dentists since moving, and absolutely nothing compares to the thorough care you get here. Highly, highly recommend.
I had a great experience at Park Crossing Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The staff were knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. What stood out most was how invested they were in actually helping me and addressing my concerns. You can tell they truly care about their patients, not just the appointment. I’m very impressed overall. 10/10 experience and I’ve officially found my new dentistry home. Highly recommend!
Relevant Truth: I grew up very poor, and as a result, we couldn't afford to go to the dentist. Fast forward to my high school graduation, and I joined the US Army, which (in only the Army way) caught me up on my dental work with "military kindness." Needless to say, that was traumatizing, and since then I have always feared dentist offices. So, when I find one, I am beyond grateful. When selecting a dentist, my MOST IMPORTANT factor is patient empathy and financial integrity. I can say without doubt that Park Crossing Dentistry has that. My hygienist, Olivia, was constantly checking in with me to ensure that I was at ease. She informed me that if I ever felt I needed a break, all I had to do was raise my right hand. Additionally, when I had questions, she would pause and welcome them. She had a sound understanding of patient anxiety and how best to support patients while also performing the necessary work. Dr. Powell was my dentist, and I must say there was an important event that meant a great deal to me. During my examination, she noted a potential need for a filling; however, she didn't feel it was necessary yet, and doesn't believe in drilling and cutting teeth unnecessarily. This decision was more than just an appreciation of my teeth; it was prioritizing my teeth over her bottom line. That speaks volumes to me. So, as long as they are there, I'm there, and when you go there, ask for them!
Dental anxiety champions PLEASE keep reading. I would genuinely give a million stars if I could! If you're like me and googled "best dentists in Charlotte", there is a reason these guys are on the list. My first interaction of calling to make an appointment was seamless, quick and professional. THEN I got the opportunity to meet some of the most amazing dental staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I HATE (used to) the dentist from bad experiences in the past and this entire practice changed that. So kind, GENTLE, explains everything and patient. I had a cleaning and went back for fillings and it was a surprisingly easy process for everything. Dr. Neubauer was amazing, very careful and considerate of everything. (Did I mention gentle and not scary?) I am so thankful to have found a practice like this to change my perspective on dental care. I really appreciate the entire team there, thank you!
Having recently moved to Charlotte, this was my first visit. I was due for a cleaning and exam and was glad to get both in one visit with little wait time. Kudos to all the staff with whom I interacted: Jessie, front desk, Olivia, hygienist, Dr. Powell, dentist, and Shawn, Treatment Coordinator. Each was knowledgeable, informative, and especially congenial. I look forward to Dr. Powell doing some needed repair work next month. She carefully explained my options and answered all my questions.
Love this team!!! Professional and so sweet! They truly know what great patient care looks like and add that personal touch that healthcare is missing the mark on these days!! Can’t wait to see them again!
The staff are great! And they take a conservative approach to treatment which I appreciate. I trust what they say about my dental needs. I have been going there for over 20 years and would not go anywhere else.
