I’ve been with Park Place Dental for a couple of years now, and I always look forward to coming in. The hygienists and dentists provide helpful feedback, observations, and tips on better ways to care for my teeth, pointing out areas and techniques I can improve in my routine. They also do an awesome job with the cleanings. Overall, my teeth have never felt better! The reception staff are always kind and helpful, and they work with my insurance (Delta Dental), which makes everything so much easier. Thank you for your excellent service! Between the outstanding care, helpful feedback, friendly team, insurance support, fair costs, and overall experience, I have no choice but to give this five-star review—they’ve truly earned it.
I had a great experience at Park Place Dental. The staff here are super helpful and really informative — they take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense and never rush you. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The dentist was gentle and thorough, and I appreciated how they walked me through everything during my visit. The office is clean and welcoming, which just adds to the positive vibe. Overall, I left feeling well taken care of and confident about my dental health. Definitely recommend Park Place Dental if you’re looking for a team that actually cares and makes the whole experience easy.
My boyfriend and I initially scheduled appointments for routine dental cleanings. However, before any standard cleaning was performed, the clinic took X-rays and aggressively probed the gums, which appeared to be used as justification to push deep cleaning procedures. My boyfriend was persuaded to undergo deep cleaning and experienced extreme pain and excessive bleeding during the procedure. Despite this, the hygienist dismissed his pain and attributed it to his teeth being “too dirty,” while continuing with a very rough technique. He was later billed approximately $1,500, with 20% paid out of pocket. After witnessing this, I declined deep cleaning. However, based solely on photos taken before cleaning, I was told I had “very serious cavities” requiring immediate fillings, which caused significant fear and anxiety. Due to insurance considerations, I chose to proceed only with a regular cleaning. The dentist appeared briefly (approximately five minutes) at the end of the visit and recommended deep cleaning and orthodontic treatment. He made a sarcastic and inappropriate comment, stating that my teeth were an “interesting case” and asking whether I had ever seen a dentist as a child. This interaction was unprofessional and distressing. After switching insurance, I sought a second opinion from another licensed dentist. I was informed that: X-rays or photos taken prior to routine cleaning cannot be used as valid evidence to justify deep cleaning. Deep cleaning should only be recommended when a patient has maintained regular six-month cleanings and still presents with severe buildup. The dark areas on my teeth were merely mild surface stains, easily removed, and not cavities. I did not require any fillings. The crowding in my teeth was a common developmental issue (lack of childhood palate expansion), not a complex or severe dental condition. It is deeply concerning that this clinic appears to maximize insurance billing rather than provide necessary and ethical care, while failing to properly screen for other genuine oral health issues Based on our experience, I strongly recommend seeking a second opinion before agreeing to any major treatment at this clinic.
As a first time patient, everyone at this practice was wonderful! Dr. Soto, the hygienists, x-ray techs and front desk gals were all very kind, honest and great! Will definitely become a long time patient.
Great staff! Very competent, friendly clinic. I am so grateful I was able to get my emergency filling done within 2 days! Thanks and I know have a new dentist that I can trust!
