I have been with them for 6 months and they CONSTANTLY cancel and want to reschedule appointments. Ridiculous. Never ever came across sth like this.Very poor planning and management. Also dentist completly ignored build up of tartar of my 18 months old (said its normal) which led later on to decay!!!! Be aware if you take your little one there!

I'm not sure how many years my children and I have been seeing Jeni, probably 20+ years. She has always been absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. The children will happily see her and have done since they were little babies. I would never change to see anyone else.

It’s always a good experience at Park Road. Jane is super: friendly, professional and gentle. My whole family use the practice, including an autistic daughter with severe anxiety. Jane is amazing with her!

After being treated at the same Dental Practice for 55 years and working there for nearly 40 years, it was difficult to find somewhere new. I have seen Nimra 3 times now and I feel totally at ease. I trust her judgement completely and know whatever she says is the best for me. The rest of the staff are always polite and pleasant and happy to answer any questions. I would recommend Park Road Dental Care as a trusted and reliable Practice.

I was seen by Jenny Clulow as an emergency within 24 hours. Treatment was carried out carefully and was excellent. I have been a patient at this practice for many years and have always found everyone to be pleasant and efficient.

Myself, my daughter and 2 Grandsons have used this practice for years. We never have a problem to get an appointment for the 4 of us, one after the other with our dentist Jenny, who is always, happy, chatty, kind and gentle. Fair monthly charge, for a checkup scale and polish+ xray if required. Then discount on treatments ect. Would highly recommend.

Sadly I will be moving dentists in the new year. I went there this year, it's been sometimes since my visit, I've been trying to repair the damage done ever since but decided I should just leave this review now and have done. I've been here my entire life, since they were in their old building. I've had many good visits, until my last unfortunately. I didn't get my usual dentist, I won't name names but I had a younger Indian dentist who was polite but ignored my complaints of where I had pain, started trying to drill into the opposite side without giving me any pain relief which I than had to stop her when I was in sudden agony and ask for more and then more pain relief after she only gave me one injection. Again this was in an area I hadn't even asked to be looked at , i was in some pain on the top left but that area was never touched, I've since had to had that work done elsewhere. Now I'm in pain on the top right too as the work she did, I didn't know what as she never explained, has since fallen apart and not I have two more teeth that need to be rebuilt. I also complained about pain in my lower right and it it was ignored, turned out to be an abscess that needed emergency treatment, I've had a nightmare and all because she didn't bother to listen to me, or treat me like a human being. To the manager that reads this, I'd be happy to provide my info to you so you can see who my dentist was, although I can imagine they're hard to hire so I doubt anything will be done, hey ho, I just wanted to share my experience as I was so let down and I've had quite the journey his year trying to heal the wounds I was left with. I may not have been there as often as other patients but for 30+ years I have been a patient of yours, sadly no longer.
