This place is terrible you never can get in contact with you doctor, I’ve been calling since last week to get my bp meds refilled still no response, the pharmacy can’t even get in contact with them ither to refill my prescription this is unacceptable. When you call no one answers it’s just have music playing in background. I’m switching doctors asap
If i could give Zero stars, I would. I have been coming to this doctors and dentist office since I was a child. Now that i'm an adult, I can now see the true colors of Parkwest Non Health System. I had a very bad experience with a woman in the GYN department. She was very rude and dismissive. Jovita I liked her, But i don't feel heard or seen from those nurses in there. I will be letting go this year of Parkwest and finding a new doctor. This place is disgusting.
I coordinate my grandmother's dentist work that was done here. The medical staff are fantastic! If not for them, this would be a one star review because trying to get in touch with the office staff is borderline impossible. I've been left on hold for 30+ mins and/or just hung up on. I've left multiple messages that have never been returned, not once. I've gotten incorrect instructions and received no confirmation from them when I've submitted the paperwork they're asking for. It was so frustrating to have my grandmother show up for the first appt and be turned away because of a clerical need they failed to tell me about! Once you're in with the dentists and the other medical staff, it's great. But good luck getting set up and you better hope you don't need to reschedule ever.
no one answers the phone i been calling for 2 weeks.
Thee absolute worst!! I am looking for another clinic for myself and my kids as well speak. They can't even make you a pre opp exam without a lot of runaround. The phone system is just horrible. When you go to HR to make a complaint, they do nothing. Just the worst clinic over all in my opinion.
The worse clinic EVER! Every body on the team lacks unprofessionalism especially the lady who answers the phone
I honestly feel like these reviews here about Audrey are people who know her and who she may have asked to write those reviews. Audrey has a terrible attitude and does NOT know how to speak to people. For them to have a system in place where you need to speak to receptionists first they should also have someone with proper phone etiquette answering the phones. I have never had to deal with such a nasty person simply to schedule appointments and refuse to allow this to continue without speaking with someone in charge. I would love to continue for my children to have their care at parkwest but if this issue continues I will be forced to take my children elsewhere which is unacceptable. Something needs to be done about her asap!
