I am eternally grateful to the beautiful souls at Parkside Dental Clinic who quite literally saved my life. After a traumatic wisdom tooth extraction, I was in unbearable pain, but they rushed me in for an immediate appointment without hesitation. The staff there are not just for profession but they are also for emotional support and protect the client like a family. One of the staff there embraced me with the deepest emotional comfort—it felt like the loving, protective care of a mother when I was at my absolute weakest. The doctor was nothing short of miraculous, swiftly identifying the severity of my condition and ensuring I made it to the emergency room just in time. Words cannot describe my profound gratitude to this amazing team; they did not just treat me as a patient, they protected me like family. Getting appointments is quick and easy, the dentist is talented and procedures have been relatively painless. Pricing is fair and I often don't end up paying anything, while other dentists often leave me with small fees. They advertise support for the Canadian Dental Care Plan and will help you through the process of using it if requested.

Dr. Anderson is amazing and always does a great job. I love the staff here and how much they really seem to care about what your needs are.

Staff are friendly, competent, and willing to help with my questions. The hygienist was very careful, calm, and efficient. The dentist provided a complete assessment giving a summery in terms I could understand. I would recommend this dental office as my service has always 100%.

This is a very welcoming dental office. Everyone is competent and kind, from receptionist, to hygienist, to dentist. With the dentist we used to see, my daughter was so frightened of the man that she wouldn't open her mouth. My kids sense the genuine warmth and kindness of Dr. Low, so they now have no fear of going to the dentist and happily open. For myself, I'm really picky about my teeth; I tend to go back for several adjustments and they never make me feel bad about it.

Dr. Anderson is very charismatic. If you are looking for a dentist that will listen and treat you like their top priority, he's the one. Very professional and great with children as well. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Dr. Low enough! Every visit with him is a pleasant experience from start to finish. It's not every day that you find a dentist who genuinely remembers you by name and makes you feel so comfortable. Dr. Low has an amazing smile that instantly puts you at ease, and his professionalism truly sets him apart. Unfortunately, I lost my dental benefits recently, and it can be stressful to manage dental care without benefits. However, my dentist and his team have gone above and beyond to support me. They’ve worked with me to ensure I get the care I need without added stress. I can honestly say that I appreciate everything Dr. Low has done for me. His expertise and compassionate approach make him a standout in the field. If you’re looking for a dentist who is not only highly skilled but also deeply caring, look no further than Dr. Low! This is simply the best service and customer care from a dentist you will ever get! Dr. Low is very good an explaining procedures, friendly, and fair! All staff are pleasant to be around with a great environment considering a visit to the dentist. Great with kids too!

This place is amazing I have had many bad experiences but this place put me at ease. They have good technology and they explain all your options. From the moment you are greeted in the office to the clinics décor, everything is designed to put you at ease. Even during my dentistry I was asked several times how I was doing and was given more freezing when I needed it. I also had a cleaning here, and it was the best cleaning I have ever had. It was so thorough and she told me things about my teeth I never knew such as mm width with gums. I really recommend this place for their professionalism, there happy personalities and their modern use of tech.
