If you have any dental issues, I insist you only come here. You won’t find a better dental clinic. I have been to their office a few times and every single time was great. They use some of the latest technology, the staff are absolutely delightful and the overall experience has just been 10-stars!

They provide a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like you're among friends. The staff are genuinely kind, professional, and never push unnecessary treatments. The level of care and service is outstanding. I've finally found my lifelong dentist! Highly recommended.

I called this office because I needed help finding an office who works with people on different kinds of programs, cheryl the woman at the front desk answered not one but two of my calls and was helpful, understanding and sent me multiple times kindly in the direction of help. It’s clear this office cares. Would definitely reccomend if a new patient, anxious or looking to ask questions!

Had me come to this dentist two separate times, after explaining I am a student struggling financially. Paid over 50$ in uber rides after being told both times i would have a severely infected tooth removed. And both times I came they refused to do anything and gave some silly excuse as to why. Absolutely unbelievable and I truly wish there was some way to get my money back. Be cautious coming to this dentist. extremely upset and disappointed

I’m new to Waterloo, and Dr. Whiteside at Parkside Dental was recommended to me by my family when I felt a strange twinge in one tooth. What a great first impression this office gave me! After getting Sheryl’s friendly greeting at the front desk, then the hygienist Beverley’s pleasant manner while she took an X-ray, and lastly meeting the young but very knowledgeable Dr. Whiteside, I came away feeling that this will be my new go-to place for dental care. Dr. Whiteside was patient, thorough, and most of all caring about my past medical and dental history. The price for an exam and X-ray (that thankfully showed no serious issues) was reasonable and less than I’d steeled myself for—which, as a senior with no dental coverage, I really appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Whiteside and this dental office. I’ll be back!

Everything was good. Not gonna lie very much miss Dr Morrison been going to him since I was a kid. Was happy when Dr Manchester took over and the hygiene staff that carried over with him. So sad that he and everyone in that office seems to be gone. Anyone know where Dr Manchester went to? Miss the familiarity the personal feel.

Very nice dental office. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Front desk are very charismatic and helpful, the hygienist Alicia was gentle and checking in throughout my cleaning, Dr. Bekhyt is a great dentist and very informative, always explaining things in detail so I understand. Would recommend to anyone.

The most incredible dentist office with the most amazing staff (receptionists, hygienists, dentists etc) Every single person in there is an absolute GEM. Everyone made my daughters feel so comfortable and made the entire experience the best dental experiences we've ever had. Cannot rave about them enough. We are so grateful for their extra efforts to go out of their way to be so wonderful; it will be remembered by my kids & I forever!

I had my first visit and had a exam and cleaning today and wanted to share how wonderful everyone on their team are. The staff and dentists are extremely knowledgeable and experienced with a knack to make you feel comfortable and supported. The moment you enter you feel welcome with such positive energy.
