Had my first visit at Parkway Dental this week and had a great experience. From start to finish, I felt cared for and listened to. Monica and Dr. Haight took time to go over my history and concerns without rushing. I also really appreciated the thorough head and neck exam, which made me feel like they truly care about overall health, not just teeth. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the whole visit put me at ease. Glad I found this office — highly recommend!
Personable staff, ready and prompt. Waiting room time was brief and the young lady who took care of me was competant and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Haight was his usual cheerful and efficienat selt. The extraction went smootly and was as near to painless as one could expect. Thank You Parkway!
I am a new patient and was very pleased with the experience. Lauren got me started with new patient X-rays etc and was a joyful person the whole time like one who loves what she does and it shows. Then Diana took over cleaning my teeth using what she described as some of the latest technology available in NM and she was a joy to be around. I'm sure she was hiding a beautiful smile behind her facemask as she went about describing the work she was doing and making sure that i was doing ok as she was cleaning my neglected teeth. Dr. Haight closed it all out as he described what he suggested as a next treatment for me to take. I came in thinking I wanted to pursue getting my lower crowed teeth straightened but he suggested against it because in my case wither the fixing the lower would require the upper teeth to be spread some causing gaps. I would be trading off one problem for another. I really appreciated his candid and honest approach to my dental care not simply upselling a product. UPDATE: Got my onlay done in one visit because they have the high tech machines that mill it there in the office. Love the convenience! It fit perfectly with no pain or issues afterwards. UPDATE 6months later: Got my next 2nd cleaning done by my fav RDH Diana and it was awesome! Thanks Dr Haight!
