Dr. O and the staff were incredibly friendly and patient! I’ve always been very nervous about going to the dentist, to the point that I avoided going for a couple of years. A friend recommended this office to me, and I’m so glad they did! Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. O took the time to walk me through everything and explain each step clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. Parmer Oaks Dental has the best team hands down! I am a new patient there and upon my first cleaning, we discovered I needed some dental work. The staff was able to get me back in very quickly. I’ve been a patient at Parmer Oaks Dental Care for over a decade, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I’ve received. My hygienist, Kristie, is exceptional—she is gentle, thorough, and always warm and personable. She takes the time to ask about my family, which makes each visit feel welcoming and personal. One thing I truly appreciate about this office is their integrity. They never recommend unnecessary procedures, which builds a great deal of trust. On the few occasions I’ve needed dental work, the experience has been smooth, with little to no residual pain afterward. The office is also incredibly efficient. I’m typically taken back right at my appointment time with little to no waiting. Overall, this is a fantastic dental practice, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and compassionate care.
I have never had the best experiences going to the dentist, so I was honestly nervous about my visit. But from the moment I booked my appointment, everything changed. The ladies at the front desk were so professional and friendly. Kristie made me feel very comfortable and constantly checked to make sure I was okay. Dr. Oster and Mariela were also amazing. They explained every step of the process and made sure I understood everything.
