Nicest people ever and very knowledgeable!

My family and I have been coming to Parmer Lane Family Dentistry for nearly 20 years, and they have earned our trust every step of the way. About two years ago, I brought my wife here, and now we’ve brought our 5-year-old daughter. As a parent, I was nervous about her first dental visits, but the team was incredible. They got down to her level, spoke to her eye-to-eye, and made her feel comfortable, calm, and safe. What could have been a scary experience became a positive one, and she left with no fear of coming back. Dr. Garcia is truly special. She’s not only an excellent dentist but a genuinely caring person who takes the time to connect with her patients. The front office staff, hygienists, and everyone on the team have always been kind, professional, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a dental office you can trust, I wholeheartedly recommend Parmer Lane Family Dentistry. They’ve cared for two generations of my family, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

What a wonderful team of amazing ladies. They take extra good care of you, make sure you’re comfortable, have the friendliest staff and a pristine environment. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a good dentist in Northwest Austin. Been coming here for years never been treated so kindly by everyone on staff.

Dr. Garcia was excellent and put me at ease right away! Their team of Desi, Alma, and Meloney were all so incredibly kind and helpful! I strongly recommend this team, especially if you’ve been putting off care… You won’t find a nicer team around!

I Very pleased with Dr. Cindy Garcia’s office. Staff Who are all? Very friendly, peppy and chipper personalities. They are very thorough and their explanation of cost and insurance. And My dental assistant, is very sweet , Caring in a great explainer of the process and why certain treatments are needed. Plus, she’s a very good listener when I shared other personal medical issues going on in our family. Even their technician for that takes care of Invisalign orders was very thorough, In her explanations. I would recommend His office anyone that doesn’t have a dentist.

In the past, I have had some pretty bad experiences going to the dentist which is why I tend to avoid them. Reading the reviews of Dr. Garcia’s office, I felt comfortable enough to do what I needed to do and make the appointment - also because I’m dealing with horrible wisdom tooth pain! There was a mix up with my appointment but Desi made sure I could still be seen which I am so incredibly grateful for! All the staff I came across were so warm and kind which immediately calmed my anxiety. Dr. Garcia made me feel relaxed and welcome. I cannot explain the happiness I feel to have found an office where I feel so comfortable and to be surrounded by such kind people! Thank you again, Desi, for making sure I was able to be seen! And thank you to Dr. Garcia and staff for helping me schedule an appointment with a surgeon so quickly! You guys are amazing!
