Patient First - Bayview

Excellent. I interacted with 4 different people, one who took my info up front, one who took some basic vitals, one who took a quick blood sample, and the physician: every single one in my opinion was a model of being efficient without being unkind, attentive and focused on what is important, and actual medical competence. I actually wish I knew their names. I guess the thing I most want to stress is how it is very difficult to strike a balance at what is commonly called an "urgent care clinic" between needing to get people in and out and move things along on the one hand and seeming warm, helpful, and attentive on the other, and this office is nailing it.

Everyone was very nice and treated me well , only problem I had was that they couldn't really treat the reason why I went although it wasn't their fault but other than that for my very first visit it went well and would recommend ☺️

Had a great experience at this location! Staff was very friendly, office was clean & organized. Wait time was not long at all.

I had a great experience! I had gone to another clinic a month earlier and they should have seen that I had something stuck in my ear and they didn't. Thank you to the staff for seeing that. They were respectful and they helped me a lot!

(Steven Harris ?) who attended to my injury was wonderful. He was gentle and kept me informed at each stage of the stitching process. Everyone else were kind and helpful. I also want to compliment the front rooms staff, they handled everything quickly and smothly.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted politely and told how long my wait time would be and how many individuals were ahead of me. I was then called upon by the nurse who asked me what was going on while taking my blood pressure, weight and temperature. I was then brought back to the room to have my EKG done all while having a friendly, lighthearted conversation with the nurse. I was brought back to do a chest x-ray and then had my blood taken by two other nurses who were both kind. Once finished, the doctor came in and explained my results while examining me. He had a very kind bedside manner and treated me like he cared. I was in and out within an hour and overall my experience was out of this world. Kindness and professionalism exemplified and should I ever need to go back to urgent care or recommend someone, it will be patientfirst.

I am very pleased everytime I come to this Patient First location. The staff up front is very quick and efficient at their job. Austin up front is always so kind and empathetic!! I appreciate coming into this medical facility because the staff treats you as a human being and not just another " number" added to their day. I always request Dr. Woods. I struggle with multiple debilitating autoimmune diseases , and it unfortunately takes weeks to be seen by my own primary care physician. When I'm having a bad flare, or sick with an illness I can always trust that Ill be in good hands with Dr. Woods. OVERALL 10/10 All day everyday. ----Go Chiefs---

Dr. Victor McGlaughlin was my attending. Presented with lingering, but worsening, cough about 6wk after pneumonia. Covid, flu tests, chest x-rays, and physical exam. Diagnosis, scripts and done ALL IN from 1st signing in until I have scripts in hand? 55 minutes! Amazingly thorough and compassionate.
