Great experience! Great hygienist, great front office staff and Dr Pawlus is excellent at what he does! They do their jobs professionally and treat you like family.

The staff at the dental office are amazing, the dentist, not so much. I’ve had quite a bit of work done by Dr. Pawlus, never had an issue until I needed a veneer replaced on a front tooth. Before my appointment was finished I inquired about color matching my veneer, Dr. Pawlus continued out of the room and said, “No, they can’t ever match the color.” Now I have a front tooth that looks horrible. I had another appointment and voiced my dissatisfaction about the color of the tooth, it was looked at, not much said, and it can be replaced for another $2,000. For me, my smile is ruined! My teeth have tetracycline staining, which is the reason I had veneers put on. Now the tooth has a yellow tint to it. While others may not notice the difference, it is glaringly different for me. Any veneer that has been replaced, whether with a crown or another veneer, has always been color matched. I had always felt Dr. Pawlus truly cared about his clients, unfortunately for me and my smile, that isn’t the case. By the way, the dentist my husband uses was going to color match a crown, on a molar.

Do your research before you pick Dr. Paulus for full implants. Started this process in October 2024 & have been in pain majority of the time AFTER the healing from surgery that placed 10 posts. Pieces made to wear while waiting for permanents stayed painful even causing several open sores. The sores would get big and deep before I could get an appointment for any adjustment. 1 1/2 years later, I am still having pain at post site. Staff great response. But Dr. Paulus has put me off time after time minimizing my pain. Not really addressing my pain. This time his answer was that "several months" down the road, he will have a solution- brand new type - to replace this "best product " I got 1 1/2 years ago. Not very happy to hear I will once again spend endless hours AGAIN in dental chair for a problem I was told was fixed. I had countless appointments & wait time before. A lot of work days had to be changed around. Look around for other places & reviews.

I typically do not like dentist. This place was great, the dentist was very nice and the atmosphere in the place was very calming. They weren't judgemental and overall was much better than I have experienced elsewhere. Highly recommend.
