I bring my three children at the same time. The hygienists are always thorough, professional, and friendly. Dr. McNutt is really friendly and professional (and has some rad tattoos). I will be moving to this practice myself when my aging dentist retires.

Started out ok, I got a root canal and crown on one of my last two molars that meet together and that healed quickly. I then went in for a crown on the top molar that meets it which was broken but didn’t need a root canal. The technician that scanned that tooth totally messed up. She broke the temporary before putting it in then she glued in the temporary crown with extra strong glue so it had to be cut off to put on the permanent one. When the permanent crown came it was totally wrong so they rescanned and said they would expedite it but I ended up with that temporary crown for a month. The day after getting the new crown I started experiencing a lot of pain in the bottom (first) crown that had had a root canal. There had been no significant pain in either tooth before that except the usual soreness and cold sensitivity. Eventually I made an appointment to get it checked out but the dentist took offense to my adamant tone which he said was argumentative. He humiliated me to the point of tears. Another case of having a medical professional poo poo my experience, so common for patients (women in particular.) So I left to cry in my car and resigned myself to having to puree my food indefinitely after spending over $5000 on trying to save my last two “chewing” teeth.

I look forward to my visits. Mikayla is such a gentle and skillful technician and a warm, friendly person. Everyone there tries to create a good experience for the patient.

They are friendly and make you feel like you’re friends. They listen to you and explain any procedures so that you can understand them. I’ve been to a lot of dentist’s in my life and have never been treated this well before . My wife and I will only recommend anyone to PC Smiles in the future.

I can't say enough good things about PC Smiles of Eugene. I initially went in to vet them before bringing the rest of my family here. After getting a good variety of cleanings and routine dental work done over time, I knew everyone would be in great hands. Dr. McNutt is fantastic, Jay and Casie make everything easy and welcoming upfront, and Elesha, Dane, and Mary are excellent techs. Plus, their hygienists, Kayla and Nicole, are absolutely stellar at what they do. It is rare to find a dental office where the care and the vibes are consistently this good.

Especially incredible staff! They are so positive, kind and I felt my dental care was a priority! The hygienist could be a dentist ! Shes amazing! Dr. was also precise, thoughtful abd I know he cares ! Front desk so warm and incredible

I love this place. Extremely professional and kind and considerate! No pain. They are the best dentistry practice I have been to in my 60 plus years life. Trust is a huge for me and I trust their decisions. Dr McNutt is amazing and exacting. If it’s not right… then we will make it right. Staff have all been amazing! From the front office to the hygienists to the Dr. highly recommend.

They are wonderful, Caring & polite. They answer any of your questions. They have a sense of humor. Efficient and their cost blows Aspen out of the water for literally slightly below 1/2 the cost of what Aspen quoted for the exact same scenario. I recommend them to anyone needing good work, a caring group with no strange vibes weather you have the money or not. Very nice building, very large and spacious. Thank you so much,
