Absolutely the best dental experience in Portland! I couldn't be happier with my experience at PDX Center for Dentistry. From start to finish, the entire team makes going to the dentist a breeze. Dr Seo is friendly and genuinely takes the time to kindly explain every procedure, answer questions, and make sure you feel completely comfortable. Never rushed or pushed into unnecessary treatments. On top of that, all of the staff members are amazing! Everyone at the front desk and the hygienists are so helpful, warm, and attentive. Booking an appointment was seamless thanks to their super easy online scheduling system. Plus, parking is a non-issue since there's convenient parking right at Smart Park nearby. If you're looking for a skilled, kind, and stress-free dental practice in PDX, I highly recommend them!

Service was great from the moment I arrived. Recption friendly, doctor's assistant was very efficient and pleasant, and doctor Sou explained everything thoroughly. I'll recommend to family and friends.

This is my new dentist! The office staff were awesome and made me feel comfortable. Kent and Ella were knowledgeable and understanding They answered all of my questions. The office itself is a welcome change from the bright, sterile ones I usually encounter.

You ever have a dental experience that makes you question every other dental experience you've had? Well, join the club. From start to finish, I was met with the utmost care, transparency, and compassion. Ella was so kind and validating towards me and really went above and beyond to help get me in, even with my extremely tight timeline. This small but mighty clinic has a phenomenal staff who really want to help you get the care you need. I was offered accommodations to help make the experience more comfortable, talked through different price points for different procedures, and overall just treated with respect towards me and my autonomy. At no point did I feel talked down to or made to feel bad for not knowing something. Additionally, everything was very clearly explained to me and with empathy. I would switch to Dr. Seo's practice in a heartbeat if my insurance aligned. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking care for their mouth.

I would like to start this review off by saying that I am not a fan of going into downtown Portland… That said, when I accidentally booked an appointment here many many years ago, I quickly realized that I would be coming back every 6 months for the rest of my life! Everyone who works in that office is incredibly welcoming and very good at what they do! My teeth always feel like a freshly glazed over ice skating rink after every cleaning! If you’re thinking about making an appointment here, stop thinking — just do it.

Being someone who was super anxious to go to the dentist for the first time in 10 years, I can highly recommend this place. The team here is super welcoming, the dental hygienist is super good, and Doctor Samuel Seo is very trustworthy. He let me know what was urgent and what we will revisit in the future and made me feel comfortable with all of it. The front desk people let me know the costs of everything with insurance and was transparent through all of it. If I could give this place more stars I would.

The most professional and kind medical staff I’ve ever encountered — not just in dentistry, but in all of medicine. I’ve had a difficult time with dental appointments, but the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. From the reception staff to the dental hygienists to the dentist, every person was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely compassionate.
