Dr. Silverman and his staff are phenomenal!!

Scheduled a cleaning..Called to see if my insurance was covering everything and they wouldnt answer me. The said that on my first cleaning visit they wouldn't clean my teeth. You don't care about people and where they are coming from, You just care about milking peoples insurance and leaving them with more bills to pay for your company trips. There was no "Peace of Mind" with my experience. Peace of Mind is on your side knowing you are going to take advantage of others insurance companies and leave the patient with confusion. I'll never give you my business. Response: You said I could have my teeth cleaned. You changed that promise and now I would have to use another office visit to cover your poor communication. Shame on you for baiting and switching people with lies. Response: Of course not. It was scheduled online... Again another layer of how impersonal and poorly setup your process is. Response: You can clearly see for either option that you said you would try your best..You didn't even state that when I called... you just told me it wasn't an option after I booked. Again...Bait and Switched. Listen to that on your recording...

When I first came here I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 3 years because I hated it and got bad anxiety. I finally decided to go because I had a bad cavity and they made me feel so calm in the first few visits. Now I make sure to keep up with regular appointments and the staff is very accommodating to new patients and making them feel good and explaining everything they are doing. They are very patient.

I had been a patient here for several years and initially had very positive experiences. I trusted this office enough to refer others. Unfortunately, that trust has completely been broken. After having dental work done by Dr. Silverman, something immediately felt off. I returned multiple times due to ongoing sensitivity, but instead of receiving a clear explanation or resolution, I was told I needed to be evaluated for a root canal. There was little to no explanation as to why, and no X-rays or visuals were ever shared to justify that recommendation. What stood out most was the pressure to move forward quickly with additional procedures without proper transparency. Trusting my instincts, I sought a second opinion elsewhere and was told a root canal was NOT needed. Instead, the original dental work had to be redone entirely. I have now spent over $700 out of pocket correcting work that should have been done properly the first time. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had ZERO issues with this tooth before being treated here. As an update, I am now six months out and still dealing with ongoing complications from that work. My current dentist has been doing everything possible to try and save this tooth, yet despite those efforts, I now need a crown. This has turned into a long, expensive, and stressful process that never should have happened. In addition, the front desk experience consistently felt unprofessional. Communication was disorganized, and interactions lacked the care and reassurance you would expect from a medical office. For a place that promotes “peace of mind,” my experience resulted in stress, confusion, and a complete loss of confidence. This has been incredibly disappointing, especially given how highly I once thought of this practice. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any major dental work.

The experience was welcoming, respectful, professional, all across the board from the receptionist at the front desk and I’m not sure if that’s her title if it’s not, I am saying it respectfully as I feel that she had a bigger role in the facility. She was very knowledgeable, very personable very friendly to the dental assistant she was heartwarming. She was very very patient. Very very nice very respectful With a beautiful personality from the front staff to the back staff to the dentist they all took really good care of me and I’m looking forward to working with them moving forward. They definitely have my business. They definitely have my Business!!

I have severe dental anxiety and I struggled to even make an appointment because I had not been to the dentist in many years. But when I walked into Peace Of Mind Dental, every single person who works there was so kind and an absolute gem. I forgot the name of the dental hygenist because I was so nervous. But she did an amazing job deep cleaning my teeth and she was so caring and understanding and took a lot of my fear away. Dr. Silverman is amazing and gentle and takes his time to make sure you are comfortable. In two days I had a deep cleaning, two teeth extracted . Dr Silverman got those two teeth out in seconds. Amazing!!! And I felt no pain at all. They also got me an appointment the same day to have two root canals at a different dental office. Also no pain at that dental office I recommend this dental office especially to anyone with high dental anxiety. This has been life changing for me because now I feel that I will finally keep up with regular dentist visits. This office has a great team who go out of their way for you. I am so happy and relieved that I found Peace of Mind. Thank you everyone at Peace Of Mind. I am so grateful!!! Kathi
