I love the people who work here, they do a great job.
UPDATE: PEAK HAS GONE DOWNHILL. MY GREAT DENTIST IS GONE AND ALL NEW MONEY HUNGRY FOLKS. DON'T GO HERE ANY MORE. My gold crown is perfect. The dentist and all the staff did just what I wanted.
March 2025 we visited for the first time here and we could not provide insurance info at that time but they said it is okay we can provide details later and they will refund today's payment if we pay from our pocket, week later we provided insurance details, and they claimed and our insurance paid that amount, but they never refunded our money, every 1-2 months I am stopping by and asking for a refund but they always say they emailed to their boss and payment will be transferred on the 15th of the next months, but 14months later we still did not receive the refund 👎
I’ve never even written one of these before for a business unless I’m trying to get a good business new business but just had a weird experience. To start the tech and hygienist were both great. It unfortunately took an hour of me waiting in the chair before a hygienist was available. But things happen, schedules run behind, no big deal. It wasn’t until the end where they recommend I get a crown on a root canal. The only issue is that I already have a crown where they said I needed one. I confirmed with my previous dentist and they also said, yes that’s a crown, a full crown. However even after getting back to Dr. Trey with this information he doubled down. Saying it was partial or a half crown even though I know it’s not. Really not impressed by him being unwilling to question why I would push back. Working with patients trying to advocate for themselves shouldn’t be dismissed as the patient being wrong.
They're not too gentle here with patients. Pulled a whole tooth with wreckless abandonment and sent me about my way no pain meds, nothing. Im not heavy on the medication stuff but I would at least had liked to be provided the option if need be. Pretty painful procedure and they only made it worse. Almost feel as if they were taking it personal and trying to teach me a lesson. Highly WOULD NOT recommend.
Stopped by here for information on a dental procedure. The front desk ladies were amazingg and very welcoming. They answered all of my questions and were super helpful. I look forward to doing more business with peak dental. This place is awesome!
Be careful with Peak Dental! This is a rudderless business with have no management and therefore no communication. Dr. Luis Oraca and Dr. Zizi who first saw me have since vanished and left their clients to deal with their mess. Keisha the office manager for the north location who promised to help track someone down for us to at least get our money back has also decided to take the same direction and told us there was nothing they could do nor would she put us in contact with anyone. I have been passed around the over 2 years with my Invisalign treatment and have made no attempt to resolve the issue. I've been taken for more than 12,000 dollars by this dental chain and I have nothing to show for except lost time and a refusal to do anything about it.
Who's the receptionist at this place? Never got a call/text response back and LAST MINUTE canceled my appointment 2 times consecutively + my fiancé's paid invisalin monthly check up. I previously gave this place a 5 star, but this is slowly showing why it got a 2.8 star rating on Yelp. Please do better!
1 Star — A Disastrous Experience I’ve been a patient at this location for over a year and a half, but after today, I’m done. I scheduled a cleaning weeks ago, confirmed my new Humana Gold Plus insurance over the phone, and was assured everything was fine. I arrived early for my 10:30 AM appointment, only to be met by the business manager — a rude, sarcastic woman who scolded me for being “too early” and refused to check me in until 10:35. When I returned, she rejected my insurance and wouldn’t even listen when I tried to explain that the office had already confirmed acceptance. Her attitude was condescending and unprofessional. The office wasn’t busy, so there was no excuse for her hostility. This was the most unpleasant dental office experience I’ve ever had. I quietly walked out rather than argue, but I’m making sure others are warned. Peak Dental needs serious retraining for their front desk and management. Patients deserve respect — not ridicule.
