My doctor office i never had any issues.

It's getting better they're really getting better doctors and trying to be on top of their game for that I'm cool with it Dr is it really good doctor and another lady I forget her name black lady I think it was Marissa they gave me some muscle relaxers that didn't work I can't get my medicine because my pain management doctor they're not taking her prescriptions it's a bunch of BS

don’t go here if you value your time and money. they will waste your time by making you refill out paperwork and then tell you the appointment they scheduled you for wasn’t long enough to do the procedure… what’s the point of scheduling if you can’t do a damn filling (which takes a good dentist 30 mins). not coming back.

It shouldn't be this difficult and frustrating to set up a dental appt. This has happened both times ive tried to set up an appt, they'll transfer me to the dental area to get scheduled and it rings and rings, asks if you want them to call you when youre next in line and then never calls back. You have to keep trying. Extremely frustrating.

I'm sick of waiting 30+ minutes to be seen after my scheduled appointment. I'm sick of my employer feeling like they have a right to reprimand me for being late back to work because peak Vista can't or won't figure out what a schedule is supposed to look like. Dental appointments are the worst when it comes to this... Followed second only by the frustration of sitting in an exam room for 35 to 40 minutes after waiting 15 to 20 minutes to even be called back after my scheduled appointment. As long as the fear and panic caused my this 988 mental health reporting crap no one will even be honest about their mental health either. Why? Because if anyone poses as anything other than "ok" and loves every aspect of being broke, over worked, under paid, a simple phone call gets made and now the police are pounding down doors, enticing more fear and panic and thrown into whatever psych ward has an open bed. I'm NOT going to write a separate department regarding my issues with this company because it's YOUR job to recognize there are problems and make the changes necessary in order to actually be a healthcare organization....

I decided to step away from Peak Vista Dental due to a lack of detail in scheduling. When I call in to confirm my appointments, I wouldn't get connected to the same resource navigators. And each one would have different information about my appointments. It appeared data wasn't getting recorded correctly. As a result, my appointment narratives were not consistent. Trying to receive accurate information was like walking through a balloon shop with a porcupine purse. If you can imagine, it wasn't very practical. But very frustrating. If you feel the same way, keep Peak Vista accountable and write a review so our community can have this corrected.

You might only have a 15 minute appointment but you'll be there for at least an hour. Don't make plans if you have a medical appointment at any peak Vista; you made an appointment so expect your entire afternoon to be eaten away waiting in silence for at least 30 minutes after you actually get called back......

My dentist Ashley Aragona is Amazing , I was nervous about all the dental work I needed due to years of neglecting my dental health but every time I have an appointment I know my dentist & his assistant will make sure I’m comfortable during the procedure and they are fast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had all 4 wisdom teeth removed & fillings done no complaints .
