Amazing dentists. I have a huge fear of dentists and autism means I struggle with the vibrations and etc. Everyone at this dentistry has been nothing but accommodating throughout, and helpful, even the receptionists, but especially Sonika and Danielle

I was with a friend when he broke his tooth - he was on holiday. He called Pearl and they resolved the issue immediately, within a day, on an emergency basis so he could finish his holiday and then get home. He was amazed at the excellent service and great value for money. He would recommend them. I live in Norwich and will certainly pass on his recommendation round here!

I had to have a dental extraction today at Pearl Dental Surgery. I was absolutely petrified before going in. I cannot thanks Dr Naveen and Eni enough for their kindness, patience and compassion. They listened to my concerns and talked me though the procedure before proceeding with my consent to extract the tooth. Dr Naveen numbed my mouth throughly and Eni held my hand throughout. My husband was allowed to be in the room with me offering words of reassurance too. Afterwards I sat in the waiting room to decompress before leaving. I would highly recommend them both. Thank you so much for your patience with me and for being so supportive .

I had a great experience with Dr Pouyan. He extracted my molar in less than 5 minutes, and it was completely painless! I didn't even feel the injection. Highly recommended for anyone nervous about dental procedures.

My experience at Pearl Dental surgery couldn’t have been better. From my 1st emergency appointment to my double extraction, both Swapna and Sabrina were exceptional at making me feel at ease. Swift process. I can’t thank them enough.

So like others, I've had really poor experiences with dentists in the past. This was the first time in around 20 I've gone to see them. The most caring I've dentist I've ever had. I felt listened to and that I was in control. There was zero judgement and I actually got a lot of complaints for my oral hygiene, which was unexpected. I thought I'd need something done but actually the only work to be done was what I've wanted for 2 decades. I can now say Im not scared of them anymore. 10/10

Had a toothache which needed urgent treatment, I called Pearl Dental Surgery yesterday (Good Fri) Vicky called me straight back to arrange an appointment the following day, professional and prompt service 😀 I had my appointment with Anas, Veni, Rutri today (Sat) and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. From the moment I sat in the chair, he was calm, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my tooth. He was thorough in his examination and showed genuine attention to detail, identifying the issue quickly and putting a clear plan in place. Despite the situation being quite uncomfortable, he made me feel completely at ease throughout and handled everything with confidence and skill. What stood out most was how reassuring and honest he was—no rushing, no pressure, just straightforward advice and excellent treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone, a first class service throughout by all the staff including his assistants - Thank you for everything. Jo 😊
