You all do an amazing job. From the front desk to the dental chair, everyone is kind, organized, and welcoming.

If I could give this office 10 stars I would. Hands down the best dental experience I've had. Friendly staff, clean office, lots of time in my appointment was actually with Dr. Dang. She's direct about the treatment plan while still being calm and compassionate, works super efficiently, her team works really well alongside her, and the vibe in the office is calm. I have historically felt anxious being in a dental chair, today my appointment went smooth, 2 fillings in the time I thought we had completed 1, a deep cleaning that went as comfortably as it could've, and a peaceful bedside manner that confirmed I had put my trust in the right hands! Dental work is the hardest medical practice to establish a patient/doctor rapport in my opinion, and after one patient experience, I would trust Dr. Dang with the rest of my dental care without hesitation. I've never had that experience before in the dental chair, finally feels like I've found a provider that I won't avoid scheduling my appointments with.

Dr. Dang has been my dentist for the past 25 years, and I anticipate she will continue to be for the next 25 years! I sincerely hope she never retires! Furthermore, the staff is consistently very welcoming.

Came in with government insurance and was denied being treated because of the X-rays the pediatric dentist sent us with. then the dentist claimed insurance wouldn’t cover any more, and reception claimed the had no more appointments and would not be available to reschedule us. I called another place who said thats not how the insurance works, and they would happily retake the X-rays. This place just grossly mistreated us for our income status. If you’re not rich you’ll be chased out of this place. I’m really disappointed at how the dentist and receptionist acted. And the false information about instance they used as a reason to deny us dental care.

Dr Titi and her team are always on point. They are on time, helpful, courteous, and most importantly do great work. My family and I have been with Dr Titi since she started her practice and we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Amazing!
