Pearly Whites Family Dentistry

Anyone considering making PWFD your regular dental office should know a few things before making that decision! I’ve been a patient since before the practice became PWFD. You should know that the practice is no longer locally owned, it’s been acquired by a corporation. Over the past few years I’ve noticed the level of professionalism and attention to detail declining. It’s very unfortunate because this practice was once the best service and treatment I’ve ever experienced….not so much anymore! You should also know that you should shop around before having PWFD do any treatment where they’re not bound to contractual insurance pricing agreements, like Invisalign. Since I’ve been a patient for so long I trusted this practice and their staff and therefore I didn’t price shop before I decided to utilize them for Invisalign treatment. I was quoted $6,000, less a $1,500 special, and my dental coverage provided an additional $1,000 payment so my total out of pocket cost was $3,500. I recently became aware that a competitor is offering the same Invisalign treatment for $3,279 total. I now feel like I was taken advantage of quite badly. I contacted PWFD about the issues and after 2-weeks received no response, so I call again. The manager listened to my concerns but basically told me “We’re not doing anything to help you, sorry”! Wow! After being a client at this practice for 12+ years that how I was treated. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere for dental treatment. There are other practices out there who care about their clients and how they treat them, PWFD doesn’t. It’s very sad that stuff like this happens, don’t let it happen to you!

I have been a patient with Pearly Whites for many years. I love the care I receive from them. EVERYONE in the dental office are so friendly and willing to help with smiles on their faces.

Always friendly, never condescending when they might find a cavity or something. The staff is “Real”, and of course “Real” thoughtful. If you pick Pearly Whites, you are truly embarking on a journey of comprehensive dental care. Excellent Staff is highly skilled and work like a team together. Minimum of fuss and bother. Work is excellent and holds up Great. Went again recently, 10-16-25, and had some consultation plus teeth cleaning. Stellar job, staff is great. Would recommend

Summer has done a excellent job in performing dental Hygeine for me on a routine basis. She always has a smile and is very friendly. She is very gentle with her work and makes going to the dentist easy!

Solo Father here: Do you look forward to your dental appointments? Of course not. However, Bethany & Dr. Lindquist are Rad! They make it so easy. Bethany is the best RDH. She laughs at my dad jokes and has great humor of her own. Everytime I go, I'm put at ease and the sessions go by fairly quickly. Did I mention the have a Lazer gun? Yep, best Dental Office ever. TY for keeping me cavity free 😁

Dr. Lindquist and her staff are so great! My son had a toothache and they were able to get him in same day and treat him too. I was so thankful! Dr Lindquist and Krystal are so good with littles, it was my son’s first time getting a filling and it went so smooth. Thank you!

I really LOVE this place!…I know how could I love the dentist? The staff are always so friendly, and kind, attentive, and GENTLE. I’ve gone many times and haven’t had a bad experience. I have some anxiety when I first go, but the staff are always reassuring and make the process so easy, smooth, and quick. They always tell me if I’m in pain, feeling something that’s bothering me, or just simply bugged by something to let them know. Anytime I’ve been a little uncomfortable they’ve fixed the problem quickly. I always recommend them to family and friends. I don’t ever do reviews but this place deserves it. !!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I are new patients at Pearly Whites. We had our first appointments recently and had a great experience. Every person that served us (Theresa, Katie, Sara, and Natasha) were upbeat, engaging, and really good at what they do. It was amazing and a like a breath of fresh air. You can really feel the positive energy in their office because they care, they are knowledgeable, and they take great pride in giving the very best dental care. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for outstanding dental care and customer service to go to Pearly Whites.
