Dr. Santiago appears technically proficient. However, it would be very helpful if more was explained about the procedure before and during with better follow up. There has been a high turnover in staff and some for the better, but not necessarily all. One dental assistance was rude and rough and ripped up my lips and mouth. The communication could be better all the way around, they try, but don't hit above 80%.

I went to Pecos Dental on the recommendation of my wife. She’s been treated by Dr. Santiago for years and claims he’s the best dentist she’s seen. I finally followed her suggestion and went to see him for a checkup knowing that I was probably going to need some work. My last dental care experience was 7 years ago and very unpleasant. Pecos Dental exceeded my expectations. The front office has been great to deal with for scheduling and billing. Dr. Santiago is very professional and works hard at communicating effectively with his patients. My initial checkup was comprehensive and the treatment plan made sense. I didn’t feel I was being up sold services I didn’t need. I spent 4 hours in the chair today for root canals and bridge work. Dr. Santiago and his assistant Martha were amazing! Their attention to detail and my well-being were so reassuring, especially after my past experiences. Five Stars in every way!

First of all let me just say if I could give 10 stars I would! 10/10 I cannot recommend this place enough. They were so wonderful everyone was so kind from the receptionist, to the techs, to the Doctor himself everyone was just so awesome! My oldest son is 8 and Autistic and he was not thrilled about going but when I expressed my concern for him they had no issues whatsoever. They respected my son’s need for time and patience and when he asked them to stop they did and I cannot express how thankful I am for their kindness and understanding. My two youngest are 6 and both had a great experience with X-rays and cleaning. Even had myself checked up and the doctor was very kind and informative and came up with a quick plan to get me squared away as well I can’t wait to take my kids back for another visit. Thank you Pecos Dental for such an amazing experience! This is why they are 5 stars across the board!

Where do I start?! First they tell me that I’m okay doing the fillings for cavities I have, so we scheduled for them. How is it? It was already decided that they were going to do crowns and root canal treatment? Only shortly after Dr. Santiago drills the tooth and says well, this tooth needs a root canal. I can’t believe that they did not tell me beforehand. Originally scheduled only just for fillings and then the day of they just sprung it on me and now feels like I HAVE to do it because well my tooth has a whole in it. Now have to spend an extra 1-2 hours in the uncomfortable chair. Unbelievable. I shouldn’t have came to this office. I was gullible to think all the great reviews people have been giving this office that it was going to separate themselves from other offices. I was totally wrong!

Coming from a person that does not like dentist, I'm truly impressed by this office. Everyone is amazing from the front staff, to the doctors, and the dental assistants! They have all been very attentive and caring, I definitely found my new dentist office! Long story short, I'm the type of person that holds off on dental work until I'm in pain or absolutely need it. But after my experience at Pecos Dental, I'm never waiting again. They made my process so simple and smooth, not to mention PAINLESS! I had two extractions and didn't feel a thing! That's unheard of. Dr. Santiago is super gentle and quick, plus he has such a calming voice, I even felt safe. His assistant Yahir is a gem, he is super knowledgeable and made sure I was good through both procedures, which I appreciate so much. Last thing ! Scheduling is a big thing for me because of my big girl job, I can't always take time off, but Eva always worked around my schedule and got my insurance verified before my appointment! Seriously, the BEST OFFICE ! Thank you guys again for everything.

Employees are very courteous staff greet you with a smile. Eugene has cleaned my teeth a couple of times and for 60 something years I have always had to get injections for cleaning he is the best no shots. Explains and demonstrates exactly what to do to protect your teeth and help them to heal. Would definitely recommend people's dentist to my friends and family
