Pediatric Dental OKC

I’ve been with this dentistry for over 10 years when dr grey was working here my son is autistic and has been comfortable to this place however both my kids has been going here and my last appointment I had was missed due to car trouble I’m a single mother of 2 and I was having difficulties I couldn’t call to reschedule at the time do to so many obstacles with my autistic son I’ve been placed on a no show block I’ve even explained to Casey the office manager I can provide proof of my vehicle being in the shop she said there’s nothing they can do to see my children and to look for another dentist which is very uncalled for I didn’t know of there policy before and sometimes life happens and you can’t always be sure with what you will face when you have a child on the spectrum

My daughter went to this place for years, but lately the receptionists and cleaning staff have been very rude, but only to Spanish speakers. In my experience, that's how it was. The last time my daughter had her teeth cleaned, one of them told her, "Clean yourself properly! Your teeth are so dirty!" I was furious and was about to leave, but then she saw how upset I was and fell. After that day, I never went back. I found a much better place; everyone there is very friendly. So, bye-bye, and I will never recommend this place.

Pediatric Dental OKC is a phenomenal child's dentistry. They are very kind, efficient and knowledgeable. My grandson has been going there since Covid ended. So he has gone there for 6 years. We would not go anywhere else for his dental health.

This place is great. I live 2 and half hours away and I wouldn't take my girls to another dentist. They are great at what they do 😁❤️

My son had a great experience as always, We couldn’t ask for better staff or dentist. They always make all of my children feel so comfortable, and the staff are so friendly and kind.

My kids have been going here for years and haven't had many issues other than their schedules being pushed out for months at a time for everything. My youngest needed a very small filling taken care of and couldn't get us in for 2mos, so I took the initiative to get the tooth treated thw following week at another office before it became a bigger issue. So fast forward, it's time for the 6mo cleaning and since we went to another office for treatment neither of my kids can be seen at this office due to their policy. Craziest thing I've ever heard.
